Service was excellent from the time we checked in until the time we left. And even though it is close to Bourbon St. it was a quiet environment.

Great location and excellent service! We were only supposed to stay for 1 day, but ended up staying 4. The front desk employees were very accommodating. They were also very helpful with suggestions on were to eat and things to do.

Staff were very polite and helpful. 5th floor rooms did not have balconies, so we just headed to ones on Bourbon Street.

The staff was incredible!! From the valet to front desk to bellman to Trey the bartender. Each and every person was professional and kind. The beds were comfy and the location is perfect.

Very clean & beautiful. Nice courtyard with clean swimming pool. Cozy room with comfortable bed. Super friendly staff from the check-in people to the bar & restaurant staff. Just a very short walk to Bourbon street but just far enough away to be very quiet & peaceful. Would definitely stay here agin.

Wonderful place close to everything and the staff was so friendly. I would recommend to anyone who comes to New Orleans this is the place to stay

Very friendly staff! Good location. Near Bourbon, but didn't hear the noise from Bourbon. Easy walk to Jackson Square. Enjoyed sitting in the courtyard area in the morning and evening. Room was spacious and clean. Car parking on site in covered garage $47/day - pretty much the going rate in NOLA. Would stay here again!

Lovely hotel with a charming courtyard with a small pool. Many rooms have balconies either overlooking the courtyard (quiet) or street but close to bourbon street so likely balconies would hear the din.. 1/2 of the hotel is historic the other built in 1970's. We stayed in the newer section though decorated as if historic. Joe was super helful and the female bartender was fun. Downsides: rooms are not large and dimly lit but it didnt bother us though that was the reason for the rating. Would definitely stay again.
