When i went to the front desk to ask for towels the staff was rude.
I ask for towels and the clerk said YOU NEED TO BRING THE OLD ONES.
i said ok and when will i get the new ones he said in an hour. I said i was leaving in a hour he began to yell saying you trying to tell my hiw to do my job?
I said what?? And i informed her I NEVER WILL TRY TO TELL you hiw to do your job BECAUSE I WILL NEVER WORK FOR A HOTEL .
I LEFT AND WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY WITH A COMPANY TO BE DISRESPECTED!

The hot water in the shower took forever to heat up and would come and go but other than that great

People smoking pot at the back door. Sketchy people looking at you entering the building and people talking loud on the hallways slamming doors. The staff was nice

The first room we were given had an issue with the TV remote and the cleaning service forgot to brush the toilet bowl. But when I took my concerns to the front desk, they immediately gave us a different room. All was good again! The building has some aging issues, they are working around them. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.
We were very excited to have free gated parking!

This hotel wasn’t 5 stars but I must say everyone mind their business. It’s an affordable place for the night. I’ll stay again if needed.

Basically good. Killed two roaches in my room, though. They need to call an exterminator.

HORRIBLE ending to a perfect date night
Entty into the parking lot is hard, once you have checked in and trying to get into the gate you have to basically go around the awning then enter into the parking lot as if youre re-entering
Once in the hotel the hallway has an indescribable odor
NO hot water in the shower, tried to adjust the temperature for more than 20 mins... NO HOT WATER
While in the bathroom a roach appeared, had to use a pestocide to kill and spray around the room. Not to mention while preparig to check out, saw ANOTHER baby roach in the bathroom again
I must say a few years back this hotel was well maintained and perfectly kept, when it was a chain hotel... now it is not worth the money

leaky toilet but resolved by moving to another room. bathtub slippery, odor to room 408. lighting poor around property. Bike cable lock used to secure side door by parking lot. Stores and restuarants nearby are either closed or close early. parking lot secured.
