Hotel in zona Esteli Cigar Shop, New Orleans

La posizione è ideale,diretta al quartiere francese e tutti i punti caldi (da 10 a 12 minuti a piedi). Le camere sono spaziose e hanno una semplice disposizione moderna. Ci è una macchina da caffè Nespersso con caffè complementare, molto apprezzato. Il bagno è anche spezioso e pulito, per un piacevole soggiorno di 3 notti, lo consigliamo a tutti.

Una camera davvero enorme alla deco moderna. Situato davvero al top 2 passi dalla strada e dal French Quarter Abbiamo quasi fatto tutto a piedi, Garden District Un po' di rumore per la strada, tuttavia, ma ragionevolmente Per la vista della città, non posso dire visto che eravamo al primo piano e quindi vista sul muro d’in faccia .. Il mio unico bemol è che è un allegato dell’hotel IH e che non c’è nessun ricevimento, nessun personale in loco È necessario fare il Check in e il Check out nell’hotel situato in strada accanto. Questo è mal indicato si è cercato molto Altrimenti consiglio

Questo è stato un arresto quando il treno si fermò per la notte a New Orleans e doveva andare fuori di mattina. Arrivammo molto tardi, perché il treno era stato ritardato e il personale era molto utile per farci entrare. La stanza era molto comoda. Aveva un frigorifero, ma non aveva una microonde che avremmo apprezzato molto; dovevamo andare in piedi presto per prendere il treno e non potevamo fare colazione calda a causa della mancanza della microonde; ma, oltre a questo, tutto era bene. Spero di tornare quando possiamo rimanere più a lungo.

Mi piaceva l'esperienza, era intorno a tutto (Bourbon St. Canal St., ecc.). Molto raccomandato.

Ero nervoso perché non sono molto di una persona alberghiera a causa di cattive esperienze in tempo, ma mi sono alleviato!! Era pulito e il personale era gentile! Parcheggio facile! Pacevole!! Avrei decisamente raccomandato un soggiorno in questo luogo e tornerò!!

Poor Rooms, Poor Service, Poor Experience To begin, we made reservations over 6 months in advance for our daughter's wedding in New Orleans. We contacted the hotel 2 weeks before our arrival date to request an early check in due to coming from out of town and needing to freshen up for the wedding rehearsal. We were told that it was unlikely we could get into our room before 4 pm due to the hotel being completely booked the night before and needing to get the rooms cleaned. I say this to note that when we checked into our room after 5 pm on the arrival date, the air conditioner in our suite did not work. One would think that if the suite were booked the night before, the facility would know the air conditioner was broken and would have arranged to have it fixed or move us to another suite. Alas, no, we were told there was no one to call to fix the AC and the suggestion was that we leave the balcony door open overnight (in warm, humid New Orleans?!). We asked to be moved. We were moved to a room from the suite. In the room, the television did not work. We were told that ”people don't come there to watch television”. We had a little time to kill between events and would have liked to watch tv. They said they did not have cable and usually have Roku devices hooked up to the tv, but that someone must have ”taken” the remote control and they did not have extras. We asked for our bill (we paid for the suite 6 months in advance) to be adjusted and that we be refunded the difference in price from the suite to the room. We are still waiting for the refund over 2 weeks later. What should have been a fun and relaxing time, was met with frustration and discomfort at every turn. Another member of our wedding party had rented an apartment unit and also did not have air conditioning. One would think that they would have checked the basics before we checked in. We definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Desk front grande aiuto. Bella ostello. Non ho avuto colazione come dovevo andare prima e non sono riuscito a ottenere una borsa da andare.

Buona posizione per coloro che vogliono visitare la principale attrazione di NOLA , Quartier francese ! Buon colazione europeo.

Ho soggiornato al Brent House in due occasioni, ciascuna per tre notti e quattro giorni. L'hotel, pur non essendo in una posizione panoramica, è vicino all'argine e una volta sull'argine si ha la vista sul fiume Mississippi. L'hotel è a dieci minuti da negozi e ristoranti se si sceglie di non prendere il cibo in stile caffetteria offerto nell'atrio. C'è anche una caffetteria PJ's nell'atrio. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Ogni camera aveva il solito forno a microonde e frigorifero. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno piacevole.
