The customer service is good, however…..I will NOT be saying here again. The cleanliness is awful. My room had mold on the blinds, mold in the bathtub and trash on the floor (I guess from previous guests) In the bathroom, there’s a hole in the wall and I’m guessing it was leaking. It’s literally stuffed with toilet paper! I didn’t even keeps my bags in the room out of fear for bed bugs. Great location but I’d rather pitch a tent and sleep outside and I’m not exaggerating. No breakfast, the bed is on wheels and randomly moves when you sit on it?, the carpet outside the rooms seem like they aren’t vacuumed at all. I saw ramen noodles on them for 2 days in a row. Like I said good customer service but it is DIRTY

It is fine for a one night stay. Bed is comfy. Room and hotel need to be updated. .Only 1 lamp in room worked; No blackout curtains on window. There is NO BREAKFAST provided. Found this out by going to breakfast area a little before 8 am -nothing AND no one at desk in lobby. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Booked a king bed online. Once I arrived at the inn and proceeded to check in with my credit card, the gentlemen behind the desk (said he owned the place) would not allow me to have the king room upstairs because he said I was too old to make the climb up the steps, but offered my husband and I a double bed on the first floor. Of course I was furious and stated that you are declining me the room on the 2nd floor and he stated yes, because you are elderly and he didn't want to be sued if I fell on the stairs. To say the least, I was very upset and felt extremely discriminated based on my age! I would never stay or suggest anyone stay there that is elderly.

Staff was sleeping and had to stand outside knocking on door for 20 minutes in 38 degree weather. Once I was finally allowed inside I went to my room and could not shake off the terrible smell in this hotel that is still lingering on everything that I own to this day! You are so, the room was in terrible condition it looks like the ceiling was coming in and all of my sheets or dirty. There was still make up on all of my pillow cases where someone slept previously! In the morning there was promised continental breakfast but to no surprise there was not even so much as coffee. Again, there was also no one at the front desk to inquire about the amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that I know.

The hotel was overall clean while some dustiness in the room. Parking was easy and plentiful. Lobby was nice and clean, especially liked the live plants. Beds were moderately comfortable. The front desk clerks were really great. They were very friendly, handsome gentlemen. The only minor problems, not really problems though, is that the coffee in the breakfast area was not very good and there were no outlets near the beds to plug in a phone.

Nice accommodations for a short stay. Beds weren't as comfortable as I'd like, but it was clean, quiet and in a good location. Also, the hotel needs to invest in some larger bath towels. Overall.....more than adequate for the price.

There wasnt a lot of choice for eateries around hotel.
