Premier Inn Lymington (New Forest, Hordle)

The staff at Premier Inn Lymington (New Forest Hordle) were lovely, and the location is great. The rooms were fantastic, offering comfort and space. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast—it didn’t taste great and didn’t meet expectations. The bar selection was also limited to bottled drinks, with no draft options, and the drinks were overpriced, offering poor value. Additionally, the unpaid Wi-Fi was really poor, which was frustrating. Overall, while the staff, location, and rooms were excellent, there are several areas that could be improved for a more enjoyable stay.

Poorly maintained, rooms had no shelving to store clothing. A/C didn't work. Bar closed and not opening. So no casual seating. Vending machine mal-functioning. Std WiFi was slow and access dropped every day. Breakfast room poorly painted, info screen not working and the surround hadn't been put back. The whole place looked tired and poorly maintained

Stayed here for one night to catch an early ferry to Isle of Wight. Quick and smooth check in. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for ferry. Cannot comment on breakfast as left too early but looked very reasonably priced. Would recommend and would stay again.

Such a tidy, clean hotel. Obviously well maintained. Large car park. Quiet road so heard no noise at night . Pleasant polite staff. Breakfast cooked well. Comfy bed had a very good nights sleep, black out curtains. Only disappointed in stuffy room as no windows to open and air conditioning wasn’t very affective.

Excellent location for the New Forest and the coast. I had a Premium Plus room which was spacious, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. All staff were friendly and helpful. Can’t remember the name of the person who served my breakfast but she was welcoming, helpful and did a great job. I promised to give a shout out to Mark, who cooked a delicious breakfast!

If I could leave a review with the value of zero I would give zero the hotel is appalling. Avoid it all costs. It needs pulling down. It’s very very tired. The staff however were very helpful very understanding. However when I made a complaint to Premier Inn head office they said the staff said there was nothing wrong. That isn’t the case. The guarantee with Premier Inn isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. I sent them video proof of a noisy plumbing couldn’t put the heater on because the heater was noisy everything about it was very very tired and Premier Inn head office could not be bothered.
