Location is approx 700 meter from new delhi railway station in paharganj. Food, amenities and services are excellent. Room and bathroom are hygienic.

I have booked rooms and rooms was confirmed but when i reached at hotel for check in they refused me to provide room due to sold out. That was embarrassing. I will report it

Room not vale-en, all furnature is dust and bed seat is not clean. When asked about this, why is everything washed? when asked about the internet, they say it's automatic, but everything will be fine, but not even until morning.

Need to ask every time to turn on the ac even though we paid for it. Apart from that not bad. Staff are responsive

The sheets had not been changed and were still used by the previous guest. She tried to look pretty, but a lot of her hair was falling off. When I told them to change it, they came up with a false excuse and blamed it on the dry cleaners. Afterwards, when I turned on the faucet to wash my face, the pipe under the sink came loose and I was drenched in water. The taxi driver who arranged for me to take me to the airport on my way back to the airport was so crazy that he almost caused an accident.

Vary bed experience, room are too small, no rack in hotel room, no resturant in the hotel but taking complimentary breakfast, by ordering snakes or water bottle no bill given or produce by the hotel, room not wash or bedsheet changes not done on daily basis. While check out unnecessary bill to be paid without bill.

The property was very good and it has good ventilation in comparison to other properties of the same area and staff were very cooperative during our stay
