There was no HOT water!!!!! Despite complaining the day that i checked in about it. the next morning, the same issue no hot water. they asked that i keep running the water for 5 mins, i told that the water had been running for more that half an hour.......

Отличный отель с красивыми интерьерами и бассейном недалеко о аэропорта. Ночью не играли вызвать такси в аэропорт через приложение, нам очень сильно помогли работники отели! Спасибо им за это

Decent stay. It is close by (16 mins by cab) to Yashobhoomi Convention Centre which is the advantage. The quality of the furniture needs to enhanced definitely. The staff is also polite, howver more staff is required. The breakfast spread is quite average too and needs some serious work.

This is a 3 star hotel. We had the room in the banner at the TripAdvisor page and it's been photoshopped. Wish I had took a picture. Staff very unwelcoming. No alcohol. Asked for two coffees instead and and got two microwaved cups of coffe. Reason may have been wedding party on Friday night. Not many guests I saw at all but thumping music. I asked when does wedding music stop at reception to sleep to catch early flight. 'Twelve reception said'...OK its a wedding but did not say music stopped and constant tannoy and drum went on till 3am. A few guests party in their rooms....TIL 4AM Restaurant early evening empty but party started AROUND 9 with thumping music and had to hunt receptionist in the morning to check out. Dirty, not well kept and reminded me of "the shining " Only good thing is close to the airport... but so are otters

An another regret to inform the hotel management that my recent stay at your hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped it would be. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities in the hotel room were severely lacking. Firstly, the room was not adequately cleaned when I arrived. There were visible stains on the carpet and furniture, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I was disappointed with the facilities in the hotel room and felt that they did not meet the standards that I expect from a hotel of this caliber. The washroom is relatively very small in size making it difficult to move around. Further, the bathroom door did not have a working knob leaving the room unlocked while someone was in. The towel holders were right beside the shower making it vulnerable and prone to getting wet. Additionally, the shampoo and other toiletries were used ones from the previous guest. The management did not even change those making it very inconvenient. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and take the necessary steps to improve the facilities in your hotel rooms in the future. Overall Score: Hotel Ambience: 3.5/5 Room Ambience: 2.5/5 Courtesy and Welcomeness: 2/5 Food: 3.5/5

Warning People! do not book your stay at this property ever! if they had the audacity, the nerve to treat an American like this then you have no idea what hell they will bring upon you! the front desk receptionist Himanshu and the head manager Pradeep specifically them both literally made my stay a nightmare so much that i packed my bags at 4 am in the morning and left the hotel. not only that the rooms were horrible! the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was disgusting, the toilet had cigarette ashes, the bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, floor was beyond filthy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty!

Checked in at Atrios on June 16, it was pleasure staying at the property. Mr. Rahul and his staff were extremely courteous and polite and assisted us during our stay. Lovely property, great bunch of staff - must visit again. Thanks for the grandeur

Service, Room, Food everything is on point. The only drawback is that the location is far from the heart of Delhi but it’s quite close to Terminal 3. But would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.
