The *** at the check in counter on reception was unaware of my booking and was rude at check in and made me pay upfront. The photos posted online depict a very clean and modern place but upon entry you notice it is very run down and poorly managed. The next day I decided to check out and leave and they started demanding payment again and when I explained that I already paid they wanted to know too many details regarding the same. If you want a peaceful and stress free stay in Delhi I would suggest you stay away from this place and chose a better hostel.
