Looks can be deseving. When seeing the lobby I thought This is really nice and our children are gonna enjoy themselves. Boy was I wrong! I don't even know where to begin. The blankets had burnt holes fridge was dirty The outlet cover was half cracked. The claw marks on the bathroom door from animals and it smells like an animal kennel with cat piss smell ,trash mildew, and Old bleach. I am from the front desk of the roaches and the burn marks I was told that they would send maintenance down haven't seen maintenance from that day till this day housekeeping does not knock on the door to see if you need anything you have to physically run them down and no one speaks English they use their phone to interpret what to say. False advertisements there's no continental breakfast my kids thought that they were going to go swimming needless to say the pool is out of order along with the ice machine. They're very rude at the front desk they don't know how to speak to people. Everyday a few times in the day my key card had to be reactivated. We were killing roaches and flies all day every day. We were better off camping outdoors . They had a few events that took place and the music was so loud you could feel the vibration. People running and screaming threw the hallway starting around 1am until about 4am. During checkout we asked about our points to get free nights you earned. (The stay should be free always) We were told that we had to ask to be signed up for the Rewards before paying for the room and give them the rewards number which is impossible when they (Receptiones) are supposed to give it to the customer. Then said that I wasn't on the rewards program. Which is Bull. I then logged in my account in front of her she then said that we don't have any points when you receive them when your supposed to receive them every day your there 12 days and not 1 point . This place is full of and they respond to everyone's review the same especially about the bugs and the Pest Control Company they say they use. Please I'm warning you Don't Stop Here. You will definitely regret it!!
