Hotel in zona KAY Jewelers, New Castle County

Il nostro hotel ha un soggiorno meraviglioso e lo consiglierei davvero! Le letti sono comodi, il colazione è grande e il personale è meraviglioso!

My friends and I spent a night here while in Wilmington for a concert. The hotel itself was fine. Staff was very friendly, they let us check in early no problem, my bed was comfy. The only issue I had with the hotel itself was the wifi seemed very slow. Im not 100% sure but I think it wanted me to be a Hilton Honors member for good wifi. I was trying to do work on my laptop it was too slow to do this so I ended up just using my phone as a hotspot rather than the wifi. Otherwise the hotel itself was a perfectly nice place to spend the evening. The area around the hotel however is not that great. It's a strange area. One block a lot of things area closed down and boarded up with brown paper all over the windows, and the next block there appears to be a few newer things and potentially signs of regrowth. It's definitely a more financial depressed area but we walked around totally fine and never felt unsafe. There are restaurants/cafes within walking distance to the hotel and we never had an issue walking around. There's just not really anything to do in the area. I imagine most of the customers for this hotel are business travelers. The hotel did appear to have some manner of shuttle, we did not use it so Im not sure where it went but we did see someone else using it.

We arrive at the hotel late in the evening around 9:00p after a long day. The check-in staff were cordial. Things seemed ok with the room at first. After waking up in the middle of the night, turned on the light to use the bathroom, and we were greeted by roaches (two in the bathroom and one on the kitchen counter. I immediately called the front desk to tell them, and the desk clerk said the hotel was completely full, so they couldn't move us to another room. They offered a refund, but I said we have no where else to go in the middle of the night. They said come by the desk in the morning, and we will work out the refund/discount at checkout. We reluctantly and uncomfortably stayed, but kept the lights on all night, and barely slept. Very restless night. There was another sighting during the night. Then a baby bug sighted the next morning. Oh, did I mention what appeared to be black mold on the wall above the shower. We got out of there the next morning as soon as possible. When we stopped by the desk to check out, I asked about the refund promised from the night before, but they said the manager was not in and would not be there until the next day, and she would call me back. Of course she didn't call me back, so I had to call them. Then when I spoke to her, she said she didn't know about the refund I discussed with the staff. She said when they went in the room, they didn't see any roaches...so I could not get a refund. I shared that I thought the room quality was not befitting of a Marriott Brand property in cleanliness or customer service (I stay at Marriott hotels all the time). I expressed how disappointed I was, with her customer service, and our hotel stay, but it did not seem to matter. There are many other brands out there to choose from. Don't Stay Here. But if for some reason you have to, keep the lights on, and take photos of any sightings, or they won't believe you.

Questo hotel è il più comodo, le strutture sono migliori, l'unica camera matrimoniale inferiore a mille yuan, e porta colazione, altri non hanno superato 1500 giorni, e vale la pena!

Un bel posto sul campus U del Delaware, ben paesaggiato e progettato. Non abbiamo avuto i problemi AC altri hanno riportato di seguito. Il desk front, quando abbiamo chiamato e controllato, era ridicolo (che almeno ha fatto queste interazioni veloce, perché ho avuto un po' di tempo durante il primo e ho avuto la mia carta di credito e il mio ID abbastanza gettato a me alla fine del secondo); Il servizio era relativamente inefficiente al colazione la mattina seguente, ma saremmo rimasti li' con ansia se potessimo... in effetti, ci siamo ripresi a tornare, ma erano stati venduti, come sembra accadere in associazione con eventi universitari. Nota temporanea per l'inizio di settembre 2022: arrivando dal sud, la costruzione e il traffico connesso tardi alla notte, in poche miglia tra l'autostrada e l'hotel, erano irritanti e anche un po' spaventosi - lasciare un po' di tempo e di attenzione.

L'hotel non può essere così vecchio (forse 5 anni) e la costruzione è sconcertante.Abbiamo una camera ADA conforme che era buona, ma non era s/up per una persona non disabile. Non c'era nessuna tovagliola nel bagno (potevi usare le barre di tovagliola) e nessun angolo sul retro della porta. La grotta delle tessere mancava di far sciogliere alcune tessere. La testa del doccia usciva dalla parete. Il manico di scarpe si stava separando. E ....dopo la nostra prima notte la stanza è stata costruita senza sostituire le nostre asciugamani che erano buone mentre le abbiamo appese.Dopo la seconda notte e lasciando la nostra normale gratis sul piatto ...il GRATIS è andato, i nostri portabagagli sono stati vuoti, ma niente altro! Ho riferito al divano che ci ha scusato e ci ha rilasciato degli asciugamani puliti. Ha detto che avrebbe riferito al manager di casa ...we non ne aveva sentito niente. Debris è rimasto al piano della strada per tutto il 4 giorni. In generale, delusione.
