Un bel posto sul campus U del Delaware, ben paesaggiato e progettato. Non abbiamo avuto i problemi AC altri hanno riportato di seguito. Il desk front, quando abbiamo chiamato e controllato, era ridicolo (che almeno ha fatto queste interazioni veloce, perché ho avuto un po' di tempo durante il primo e ho avuto la mia carta di credito e il mio ID abbastanza gettato a me alla fine del secondo); Il servizio era relativamente inefficiente al colazione la mattina seguente, ma saremmo rimasti li' con ansia se potessimo... in effetti, ci siamo ripresi a tornare, ma erano stati venduti, come sembra accadere in associazione con eventi universitari. Nota temporanea per l'inizio di settembre 2022: arrivando dal sud, la costruzione e il traffico connesso tardi alla notte, in poche miglia tra l'autostrada e l'hotel, erano irritanti e anche un po' spaventosi - lasciare un po' di tempo e di attenzione.

JJeaneneLa posizione era grande per uscire direttamente dall'autostrada e essere lì. Anche vicino alla strada non potevamo sentire il traffico in camera. Il personale del desk front was very friendly in check-in. The king room was very spacious and clean. La curtina non copre nemmeno tutta la doccia, ma ha portato a che il piano del bagno fosse coperto in acqua dopo una doccia. La selezione del colazione era buona e c'erano vari oggetti da scegliere. In generale, si consiglia questo hotel e ci prenoteremo di nuovo qui.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel non può essere così vecchio (forse 5 anni) e la costruzione è sconcertante.Abbiamo una camera ADA conforme che era buona, ma non era s/up per una persona non disabile. Non c'era nessuna tovagliola nel bagno (potevi usare le barre di tovagliola) e nessun angolo sul retro della porta. La grotta delle tessere mancava di far sciogliere alcune tessere. La testa del doccia usciva dalla parete. Il manico di scarpe si stava separando. E ....dopo la nostra prima notte la stanza è stata costruita senza sostituire le nostre asciugamani che erano buone mentre le abbiamo appese.Dopo la seconda notte e lasciando la nostra normale gratis sul piatto ...il GRATIS è andato, i nostri portabagagli sono stati vuoti, ma niente altro! Ho riferito al divano che ci ha scusato e ci ha rilasciato degli asciugamani puliti. Ha detto che avrebbe riferito al manager di casa ...we non ne aveva sentito niente. Debris è rimasto al piano della strada per tutto il 4 giorni. In generale, delusione.

UUtente ospiteWe stay exclusive at Hilton hotels and both my husband and I are diamond members. This is a remarkably terrible Embassy Suites. This was the first and only time I have ever been treated rudely by any staff member at a Hilton Hotel. The evening front desk staff was somewhat absent (they hide in the back office and don’t even come out when the front door opens). They were completely apathetic when about the pool being closed to a family traveling with kids (yeah, it’s closed. Maybe it will open tomorrow- no “I’m sorry”, no explanation, no awareness that families choose their hotel because there is a pool advertised. The best part though was in the morning when I watched the desk be unmanned for 45 minutes (despite to front door opening multiple times) with no way to contact anyone. When I needed to go back to my room I realized I didn’t have a key, so I walked over to the breakfast staff and asked if they knew how to reach anyone. The woman there was effusively apologetic and sweet, walked to the desk, knocked on the door, and an employee came out. As the front desk employee is avoiding looking at me and mumbling her questions while staring at her screen, the restaurant employee is going out of her way to apologize and tell me that if I need anything I only need to WALK BEHIND THE DESK AND KNOCK ON THE OFFICE DOOR. I’m so floored by this that I actually decide to say something. I said to the girl at the front desk (I would call her a woman but she was acting oddly like a moody teenager) “Isn’t it odd that the only person who cares that this desk was unmanned with no way to reach anyone for 45 minutes is her and you won’t even make eye contact with me?” She said loudly while still not LOOKING at me “uh I was I the bathroom”. I said “for 45 minutes and then walked out at one knock?” “Yeah, I was IN THE BATHROOM”. Bull. Apparently the office at the Embassy Suites Newark, Wilmington is actually a very nice bathroom worthy of all the employees staying in it to such a degree that the kitchen staff have to apologize for them.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast tacos were absolutely delicious and definitely a highlight of my trip. The overall atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, and I can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

GGo49205180246My friends and I spent a night here while in Wilmington for a concert. The hotel itself was fine. Staff was very friendly, they let us check in early no problem, my bed was comfy. The only issue I had with the hotel itself was the wifi seemed very slow. Im not 100% sure but I think it wanted me to be a Hilton Honors member for good wifi. I was trying to do work on my laptop it was too slow to do this so I ended up just using my phone as a hotspot rather than the wifi. Otherwise the hotel itself was a perfectly nice place to spend the evening. The area around the hotel however is not that great. It's a strange area. One block a lot of things area closed down and boarded up with brown paper all over the windows, and the next block there appears to be a few newer things and potentially signs of regrowth. It's definitely a more financial depressed area but we walked around totally fine and never felt unsafe. There are restaurants/cafes within walking distance to the hotel and we never had an issue walking around. There's just not really anything to do in the area. I imagine most of the customers for this hotel are business travelers. The hotel did appear to have some manner of shuttle, we did not use it so Im not sure where it went but we did see someone else using it.

This motel is short staffed. Upon checking in no one was at the front desk. The smell from cigarette smoke comes in the rooms from people smoking outside the rooms. I had to change rooms because the cigarette smell in the first room was too strong. The telephone in the room does not work so there is no way to contact the front desk. I've had to walk to the front desk twice due since I checked in due to issues I've had with the rooms. The TV in the room I am currently in is NOT working. Unfortunately, there is no one available to fix it. The staff is friendly and the room is okay, but I probably will not stay here again. You get what you pay for. Spend a little extra and stay at a Hilton or Marriott.

RRebecca MLooks can be deseving. When seeing the lobby I thought This is really nice and our children are gonna enjoy themselves. Boy was I wrong! I don't even know where to begin. Made reservations online for a week soon as we arrive got our key for the room my family and I were greeted by a roach . The towels were dingy with spots. The blankets had burnt holes fridge was dirty The outlet cover was half cracked. The claw marks on the bathroom door from animals and it smells like an animal kennel with cat piss smell ,trash mildew, and Old bleach. I am from the front desk of the roaches and the burn marks I was told that they would send maintenance down haven't seen maintenance from that day till this day housekeeping does not knock on the door to see if you need anything you have to physically run them down and no one speaks English they use their phone to interpret what to say. False advertisements there's no continental breakfast my kids thought that they were going to go swimming needless to say the pool is out of order along with the ice machine. They're very rude at the front desk they don't know how to speak to people. Everyday a few times in the day my key card had to be reactivated. We were killing roaches and flies all day every day. We were better off camping outdoors . They had a few events that took place and the music was so loud you could feel the vibration. People running and screaming threw the hallway starting around 1am until about 4am. During checkout we asked about our points to get free nights you earned. (The stay should be free always) We were told that we had to ask to be signed up for the Rewards before paying for the room and give them the rewards number which is impossible when they (Receptiones) are supposed to give it to the customer. Then said that I wasn't on the rewards program. Which is Bull. I then logged in my account in front of her she then said that we don't have any points when you receive them when your supposed to receive them every day your there 12 days and not 1 point . This place is full of and they respond to everyone's review the same especially about the bugs and the Pest Control Company they say they use. Please I'm warning you Don't Stop Here. You will definitely regret it!!
