Very large units and super comfortable . I would definitely come back . The area is very nice and about half a mile from downtown Gruene .. a wonderful little downtown

We booked this to attend a concert in Gruene. They called the evening before and said they were overbooked. Since I booked through and outside party they wouldn't put us up in another place. We had to do it ourselves even though it was not our error, it was theirs, for allowing it to be "overbooked." Double check your bookings people or you'll be stuck without a place to stay that you were excited about!

Nice resort close to a nice historical area. Only negative was the pool was closed for a majority of our stay. Hope to come again.

Just received a text message saying they canceled my reservation two days before we were supposed to arrive. We had reservations for the eclipse and were left with no where to stay. Very disappointed no explanation! This was a once in a lifetime event we will miss!

This unit is very spacious and updated, but furniture is stiff and uncomfortable. Everything worked well enough to use, but the king mattress was beyond soft and was very uncomfortable. Trains run often throughout the day and night nearby with occasional horn blowing, but you get used to it. The town of Gruene is very close and a wonderful place for dining and music! They also have some shopping and it's very historic and charming. Resort does not offer free WiFi in the units which was disappointing. We couldn't use our streaming apps on the TV's because of this, however, the price for 10 days of service was only $16. The resort staff is very friendly and helpful and will resupply anything you need that was originally provided like coffee, soap, detergent, towels, etc.

This resort is a great place to vacation. The units are so attractive, clean and comfortable. It is convenient to the attractions in Gruene,,,restaurants, eclectic shops, market days, wineries, etc. It is also not far from grocery stores and other shopping. It makes travel to San Antonio and other places possible. Watching the deer in the evenings is an added attraction. Staff is friendly and helpful We love getting away to this resort, relaxing and re-charging.

We loved the area so much! New Braunfels and the community of Gruene are so much fun! We loved the Gruene Hall and went there almost every day. The resort is very nice with spacious & clean units & comfortable beds. The pool is also very nice. Would definitely go back!

Upon check in we used a Discover card to pay the additional internet fee. A week later while on our return trip home Discover contacted us and inquired about a large amount charged to a Car and Truck dealer in the Houston area. The card had only been used that one time for the one fee. Discover took care of the Houston fee and had a new card delivered the day we arrived home. I called the desk to tell them what had happened and though they were very sorry could only offer me a promo code for our next stay at one of their resorts. I informed them that would not be happening. I called the home company for WorldMark in FL and they would not connect me to anyone or listen to what had happened. They insisted that since I was not an owner they could/would not be able to do anything. Nothing would be done to protect the next costumer or to find out which employee had compromised the card.

The resort is at great location in New Braunfels, easy access to Austin, San Antonio, etc... Also walking to Gruene historic district - A snapshot of Texas culture and history come-to-life, fabulous shop, dine, music and dance within the walls of the original township buildings.
