Il nostro soggiorno all'hotel Babil è stato assolutamente piacevole. Dalle pulizie immacolate alla calda ospitalità che ci hanno fatto sentire come la famiglia. insieme al cibo eccezionale, ogni aspetto ha superato le nostre aspettative, rendendola una veramente inoltrabile esperienza. Il personale ha fatto il possibile per assicurarci il comfort, fornire consigli e assistenza quando necessario, e ci ha aiutati a fare tutte le nostre domande su tour e viaggi di pallone caldo e ci ha assicurato che anche alle tre ci prendiamo cura. I nostri ospiti hanno dimostrato la vera attenzione e la vera attenzione, creando una **osfera benvenuta che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero eccezionale. Se ritorniamo a Cappadocia, questa sarà certamente la nostra scelta.

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

For me, the best restaurant that I have tried in Cappadocia. I liked that the meals were full of veggies an it was not only about meat, as in some other restaurants. I didn't stay at the hotel during my stay in Ner/Nevsehir, but I visited the place with my boyfriend for lunch. To the ordered meals, we got a place of vegetables and also drinking water. The meals were tasty and I also haven't seen this offer in other restaurants. So I totally recommend to stop by here.

L'ospite è molto caldo e sempre benvenuto con un sorriso. Era molto tardi la notte mentre cercavamo alcune opzioni vino con snacks; ci siamo stumbleti sul tetto di La Vie. Abbiamo vino turco con patate fresche e molte varietà di frutta secca. Era freddo e il proprietario era gentile abbastanza da darci qualche ruggine per mantenerci caldi. Ci aveva dato anche qualche ricordo. Penso che anche loro abbiano un buon alloggio (non ci siamo fermati, ma guardando le modalità che potrebbe valere la pena provare).

Abbiamo recentemente goduto di un altro eccezionale 3-day soggiorno in questo meraviglioso hotel. Le suite sono eccellenti e il colazione rimane invariato in Turchia (questo è la mia sesta visita). Le viste da ogni parte dell'hotel sono davvero impressionanti. La gentilezza e la dedizione del personale sono eccezionali. Mustafa al di fuori del dipartimento ha fornito un servizio straordinario, agendo come il nostro pianificatore di viaggio, navigatore e guida del ristorante. Ha anche condiviso il suo numero di contatto personale e ha continuato a contattarci al di fuori delle ore di lavoro. La sua generosità era evidente quando ci preparava personalmente il cibo dopo che la cucina era chiusa, per assicurarci che non ci lasciavamo ammazzati.Ci chiedeva di stare e di assicurarsi che tutto fosse a posto ogni volta che passavamo dalla ricezione. E' stato meraviglioso che lei si senta come un ospite speciale, e ringrazio anche il signor Funkier e il signor Dugsh per l'eccellente assistenza che hanno prestato. Questo livello di servizio epitomizza gli alti standard di questa proprietà. In sintesi, l'hotel offre una posizione eccezionale, un servizio eccellente e camere ben designate.

Siamo due famiglie di 4 persone con figli adolescenti. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti, questo hotel diversi mesi fa. All’arrivo ci fanno immediatamente saldare tutto. Stesso prezzo per le quadruple, peccato che la nostra fosse esattamente la metà dell’altra. Lo facciamo notare e la risposta è che non hanno altre stanze. Alla domanda perché lo stesso prezzo (tutt’altro che basso), ci rispondono che le ci sono diverse misure di stanza ma è così. Nella nostra stanza nel bagno nemmeno un posto dove appendere gli asciugamani o appoggiare un beauty. Un mini armadio nella camera e basta. Nessun appendino o sedia. Gli asciugamani bagnati dopo la doccia li dovevano mettere sulla spalliera del letto. Quando sono passati a pulire le stanze, tutti i vestiti arruffati per terra. Lo abbiamo fatto notare ancora l’ultimo giorno e ci è stato risposto che che effettivamente c’era una stanza libera più grossa e potevano darcela (peccato fosse l’ultima sera). Lo staff parla pochissimo l’inglese e non spicca per simpatia. Inoltre NON prenotate le escursioni nell’hotel perché costano praticamente il doppio rispetto alle agenzie vicine

Anche la posizione è molto buona, è in una città ci sono molti ristoranti e alberghi a pochi minuti a piedi. Il direttore e il personale dell'hotel sono molto accoglienti e puoi chiedere loro aiuto se hai bisogno di qualcosa. Sembra che questo hotel non disponga di camere doppie, tutte hanno grandi letti gemelli, abbastanza comodi per dormire. L'isolamento acustico è un po' carente Se qualcuno apre o chiude la porta nel corridoio, lo sentirai. Se ti dispiace, puoi portare i tappi per le orecchie. La colazione includerà un piatto, tè e frutta. Divertiti:)

I highly recommend this hotel as i stayed here for 3 days and could not be more happy. The staff were so incredibly kind and hospitable. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious which was ideal. The terrace view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was perfect and they all rose right in front of the hotel so the view was crystal clear !!! Bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The area itself was perfect as it was right next to the main street where all the food places and shops are which was very convenient.

Questo Hotel ha suscitato in me giudizi contrastanti, la camera seppur molto spaziosa aveva un arredamento abbastanza antiquato e la pulizia lasciava desiderare, infatti la polvere eta visibile un po' ovunque. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative con piatti veramente buoni e gustosi, come pure la colazione. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese durante tutto il mio soggiorno.
