"Очень приятный атмосферный отель в тихом маленьком городке Нар, через дорогу от Невшехира. Неожиданно приятно, когда спускаешься с оживленной трассы большого города в такой маленький, уютный и чистый городок. Сам отель в скалах, номера в пещерах, очень продуманы, атмосферные, есть все для комфортного проживания, современная сантехника, качественная мебель, очень красиво оформлены, магия в мелочах, продумано освещение. В соседнем отеле Ennar Cave есть бассейн (хозяева одни, можно свободно пользоваться в часы работы). Завтрак турецкий стандартный - омлет с сыром, выпечка, масло, сыр, оливки, джемы и мед. Кофе и чай в доступе круглосуточно. Рядом с номерами столики и стулья, можно посидеть, также есть верхняя терраса с видом на город. Номера расположены по уровням, мы бронировали самый нижний, там самые большие номера, окошко выходит во двор. Звукоизоляция хорошая. Так как это номера-пещеры, нужно быть готовым к тому, что иногда осыпается песок со стен, но это было даже мило) - убирают в номерах хорошо, и это совсем не напрягает. Хозяева и персонал доброжелательны и внимательны. Если приезжаете на автомобиле, то не стоит полагаться на навигатор Google, он приводит к отелю через очень крутую и узкую улицу. Парковаться лучше на основной улице внизу и дойти пешком по параллельной улице буквально пару минут, она не настолько крутая и идти намного ближе. Смело рекомендую отель тем, кто желает спокойного размещения вдали от туристического наплыва, в атмосфере пещерного города. До Гёреме и остальных городков Каппадокии на авто 20 минут езды. Здесь же совсем рядом Невшехир с самым большим ТЦ - Forum, его видно с террасы отеля, недалеко есть супермаркеты Bim, Migros."

"Quando la prenotazione è stata effettuata, ho saltato nella pagina per un po'di data. Non ho notato che il pagamento è stato pagato un giorno prima della data che devo fissare. Nessun altro viaggio è stato deciso per cambiare. Contatta immediatamente il servizio clienti di Trip.com per aiutare il capo a comunicare se posso ritardare il mio soggiorno o cancellarmi un giorno dopo Nuova prenotazione, tutti i proprietari rifiutano di comunicare completamente... quasi 1000 dollari di acqua diretta
Sono felice di aver comprato un rischio di cancellazione quando ho prenotato. Dopo aver fatto 90% dell'assicurazione dopo il ritorno, e poi ricordate a tutti di guardare bene la data quando si è stabilito. È grande incontrare questa situazione"

"Il trasporto è facile da raggiungere in 15 minuti.
Le camere erano pulite, pulite e autentiche, e anche il tè era molto piacevole a bere la sera al centro della piscina del giardino.
Il suo colazione era abbastanza... e abbiamo fatto colazione con la voce del piccolo Canario... era molto dolce... dove si poteva assolutamente tenere gli occhi chiusi."

"La stanza era abbastanza grande, siamo arrivati alle 9. Dopo aver depositato i bagagli alla reception, il capo ci ha aggiunto su WhatsApp. Pensavamo di fare il check-in nel pomeriggio dopo cena, ma alle 11 ci ha detto che avremmo fatto le valigie Presto.
Anche la colazione è abbastanza buona, non troppi tipi ma deliziosa. C'è anche una terrazza dove puoi vedere le mongolfiere (noi abbiamo fatto un giro in mongolfiera, ma dopo non è decollata)
Quando finalmente me ne sono andato, mi è stato regalato il tè alla mela.
Mia moglie aveva bisogno di colliri congelati e avevano dei congelatori a disposizione. abbastanza bene abbastanza bene"

"Un'esperienza speciale che non ho mai avuto: hotel in grotta! Göreme è una piccola città, quindi possiamo girare facilmente per la maggior parte dei ristoranti e negozi. Devo menzionare i camerieri dell'hotel, passionali e ospitali. Se avevamo domande, ci hanno sempre risposto in tempo! Esperienza fantastica!"

UUtente ospiteL'atteggiamento del servizio è super buono, vengono forniti tè nero e caffè illimitati gratuiti, così come la colazione gratuita e viene fornito un servizio umanizzato. Il capo parla cinese, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di problemi di comunicazione la prossima volta che vengo!

RRyan-ngSono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'hotel dopo averci soggiornato per alcuni giorni. L'hotel si trova nel centro di Goreme ed è facile da trovare. Il personale alla reception è stato molto attento. Il prezzo delle mongolfiere è aumentato nei pochi giorni in cui siamo stati lì, ma ci hanno aiutato a prenotarne una più economica rispetto a quelle esterne. Ogni giorno facevo colazione ammirando il panorama della valle. Ero così felice! Il prezzo, il servizio e l'ambiente sono perfetti. È un hotel molto conveniente e lo consiglio vivamente!

NNeol TooI had an incredible experience at Sultan Cave Suites during my recent stay. From the moment we landed, the hotel provided a free ride from the airport to the hotel, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The staff went above and beyond, with a special shout-out to a wonderfully helpful team member who assisted me with my heavy luggage, proving that strength comes in all forms.
What truly impressed me was the staff's local knowledge. Despite being a petite individual, one staff member knew the area like the back of her hand. She not only recommended fantastic nearby markets and restaurants but also guided us to a hidden gem for a delightful breakfast experience.
Late check-in wasn't an issue at all. The staff graciously helped us order food during the night, ensuring we didn't go to bed hungry. The hotel's strategic location near the airport was incredibly convenient for our transit stay. The next morning, they provided a reasonably priced shuttle service to ensure we caught our flight on time, completing the seamless experience.
I also have to mention the delightful night staff member who was not only cute but also warm and friendly. Her willingness to share local insights added a personal touch to our stay.
In summary, Sultan Cave Suites is a gem for transit flight stays. I'm grateful for the exceptional service and will undoubtedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

UUtente ospiteOverall,I greatly enjoyed my time at the Rio Cappadocia Hotel. It is a very clean , new hotel with a modern cave feel. We had two rooms because I made two separate bookings. Both rooms were cozy and spacious, especially the second one(which was bigger in size). The rooms have beautiful carpets, the interior is simple yet attractive, and the beds were comfortable. The staff members greeted us warmly, and we were often provided with complimentary tea. The free breakfast was pretty good, including four different types of cheese, hardboiled and scrambled eggs, a few types of breads, olives,etc. Turkish tea and coffee are also provided. The hotel is conveniently located, and the room rates are reasonable.
The main issue I had was communication. Although there were no major problems, the following did not sit well with me.
Prior to traveling to Cappadocia, my initial question that I asked was what bus number to take to the hotel(upon arriving at the airport). The response was , ”For this we need to arrange a transfer for you. Give us your flight number, passport numbers, the number of people , and I will arrange it for you.” The staff member was talking about the pick up at the Gerome bus stop, and not the shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
This confused me. It became even more confusing when I was told we could get help with direct transportation from the airport to the hotel....and then the mentioning of a transfer pick up from the bus stop again. I simply wanted a direct, simple answer that provided an option for direct transport to the hotel. On top of that, the staff member was not talking about the correct airport(based on the flight number I had previously provided). When I asked for help to arrange a taxi to a restaurant, she gave the driver the wrong restaurant name(after I had said the correct one). There was also an instance in which I paid for both the green and blue tours with cash, and was asked if I had already paid. They checked their system and realized that I did. I should have asked for a receipt, but they should also check their records before asking this( it was confirmed that I had paid, so it wasn't a big issue)Additionally, I wanted to postpone the green and blue tours after a hectic traveling experience, as well as after a long day doing the red tour. I was told ”Don't worry...you will be in a VIP van..the tour will be great”, instead of just acknowledging the fact that we were exhausted. I didn't need to be sold on something I had already purchased(and that I still wanted to do). We just wanted some rest time before doing the other two tours. We were offered complimentary tea one last time at the end, but the staff member told us to write a review of our stay first. We refused, and I said I would do it later. She was friendly prior to our departure, but asked why I hadn't written a review. And, she asked if we could follow the hotel on Instagram. I understand the importance of advertizing a business within such a major tourist destination, but this was a bit too much. I hope the hotel can see this as constructive feedback.
Despite the previously mentioned verbal/written communication, it was a lovely hotel. I would definitely recommend this accomodation.

看板猫のクロネコも可愛かったです。
ギョレメよりもウチヒサルの方が高地にあるので、景色が全体的に綺麗で個人的にオススメです。(気球スポットまでもそれほど遠くない。)
カッパドキアに来たらまた泊まりたい!

Il mio soggiorno nella grotta di Hira è stato fantastico! La camera era spaziosa, pulita e bella, il letto era comodo - ho dormito come un bambino ogni 5 notti. La vista dalla terrazza era affascinante e il colazione era delizioso anche - le foto sono allegate. I proprietari erano amici e aiutarono a prendere l'aeroporto, condividendo qualche utile indizio sui passi e facendo tutto per ricordare il mio soggiorno.
Grazie mille, torno!

UUtente anonimoPosizione perfetta nel pieno centro di Göreme. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni e avendo affittato previamente una macchina non abbiamo usufruito delle escursioni che propone l'hotel.
Dalla terrazza comune si possono vedere le mongolfiere alle prime ore del mattino, e se si vuole avere una vista migliore, a soli 7 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il ”sunset point”.

- Anche le decorazioni della nostra stanza sono bellissime. Ma ci sono troppi moscerini/inserti nel bagno (più di 10), troppo orribili...
