- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. I had an absolutely enchanting stay at the Rupestral Hotel in Cappadocia. The unique charm of the cave rooms combined with the breathtaking views made my experience truly unforgettable. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to l Emre and Alaina for their exceptional hospitality. Their attention to detail and warm demeanor made me feel right at home. Every interaction was a delight, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Thank you, Alaina and Emre, for making my Cappadocia experience so magical. I can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel!

Perfect place to stay, with a hot air balloon view 🎈the room was cozy, perfectly designed for relaxation with cave ambiance. The bed was comfy and also there were comfy chairs for sitting and reading. The best surprise is the view. 360 degree view on the terrace. This place is great for couples or anyone who wants to stay somewhere different

Бронировали номер на первом этаже с большой ванной. Кондиционера в номере нет, но и без него комфортно, ночью даже прохладно. Очень красивый интерьер, приятный вид на пещеры из ресторана, плюс большая терраса на крыше, с которой видно утром шары. Можно прогуляться по окрестности и рассмотреть пещеры поближе, нам даже удалось зайти внутрь некоторых. Рядом находится замок. Шикарный завтрак, накрывают сами. Заставили нам весь стол, даже не смогли все съесть. Обслуживание на высшем уровне! Из минусов: - Очень шумно на улице ночью (возможно, потому что жили на первом этаже) - В ресторане сказали, что можно поужинать на террасе, но по факту оказалось, что ужин должен включать алкоголь - При бронировании было указано, что при заселении дают фрукты, но их не было

Abbiamo recentemente goduto di un altro eccezionale 3-day soggiorno in questo meraviglioso hotel. Le suite sono eccellenti e il colazione rimane invariato in Turchia (questo è la mia sesta visita). Le viste da ogni parte dell'hotel sono davvero impressionanti. La gentilezza e la dedizione del personale sono eccezionali. Mustafa al di fuori del dipartimento ha fornito un servizio straordinario, agendo come il nostro pianificatore di viaggio, navigatore e guida del ristorante. Ha anche condiviso il suo numero di contatto personale e ha continuato a contattarci al di fuori delle ore di lavoro. La sua generosità era evidente quando ci preparava personalmente il cibo dopo che la cucina era chiusa, per assicurarci che non ci lasciavamo ammazzati.Ci chiedeva di stare e di assicurarsi che tutto fosse a posto ogni volta che passavamo dalla ricezione. E' stato meraviglioso che lei si senta come un ospite speciale, e ringrazio anche il signor Funkier e il signor Dugsh per l'eccellente assistenza che hanno prestato. Questo livello di servizio epitomizza gli alti standard di questa proprietà. In sintesi, l'hotel offre una posizione eccezionale, un servizio eccellente e camere ben designate.

E'stata una grande esperienza. Alla nostra arrivo ci sono stati offerti freschi. Elif, Feyzo e Yigit erano tutti molto utili. amichevole e gentile. Elif ha organizzato le nostre camere d'albergo e ha controllato tutto prima di darci le chiavi. Le camere erano molto pulite e ben arredate. La posizione è perfetta. Solo 5 minuti a piedi dal centro principale dove sono situati tutti i ristoranti, negozi, agenti di viaggio e macchine in contanti, ecc. La vista superiore del tetto è molto bello. La prateria principale ha un sacco di divano e sedie rilassanti per sedersi nel sole. Non c'è disturbo dal traffico principale. La colazione era davvero buona. Tutti freschi e deliziosi. Vorrei tornare a usare il loro servizio. Molto ricompreso.

Siamo due famiglie di 4 persone con figli adolescenti. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti, questo hotel diversi mesi fa. All’arrivo ci fanno immediatamente saldare tutto. Stesso prezzo per le quadruple, peccato che la nostra fosse esattamente la metà dell’altra. Lo facciamo notare e la risposta è che non hanno altre stanze. Alla domanda perché lo stesso prezzo (tutt’altro che basso), ci rispondono che le ci sono diverse misure di stanza ma è così. Nella nostra stanza nel bagno nemmeno un posto dove appendere gli asciugamani o appoggiare un beauty. Un mini armadio nella camera e basta. Nessun appendino o sedia. Gli asciugamani bagnati dopo la doccia li dovevano mettere sulla spalliera del letto. Quando sono passati a pulire le stanze, tutti i vestiti arruffati per terra. Lo abbiamo fatto notare ancora l’ultimo giorno e ci è stato risposto che che effettivamente c’era una stanza libera più grossa e potevano darcela (peccato fosse l’ultima sera). Lo staff parla pochissimo l’inglese e non spicca per simpatia. Inoltre NON prenotate le escursioni nell’hotel perché costano praticamente il doppio rispetto alle agenzie vicine

I highly recommend this hotel as i stayed here for 3 days and could not be more happy. The staff were so incredibly kind and hospitable. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious which was ideal. The terrace view of the hot air balloons at sunrise was perfect and they all rose right in front of the hotel so the view was crystal clear !!! Bathroom was very clean and spacious too. The area itself was perfect as it was right next to the main street where all the food places and shops are which was very convenient.

Questo Hotel ha suscitato in me giudizi contrastanti, la camera seppur molto spaziosa aveva un arredamento abbastanza antiquato e la pulizia lasciava desiderare, infatti la polvere eta visibile un po' ovunque. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante ha soddisfatto pienamente le mie aspettative con piatti veramente buoni e gustosi, come pure la colazione. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese durante tutto il mio soggiorno.
