Hotel in zona Arzu ile Kamber, Nevsehir

- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

In general, our stay at the hotel was good. There are a few issues that need to be addressed by hotel owners/managers. 1. The ventilation in the cave rooms is extremely poor. The air coming into the rooms does not seem to be fresh as it draws in wood fire smoke from the fireplaces. 2. The bathrooms have a pungent sewer smell. Perhaps the installation of pee-traps to prevent sewer gasses from infiltrating the bathroom would be a good addition to the plumbing. 3. The housekeeping service had not serviced our suite at 5:30pm. When the manager was called, he dismissed the complaint and said rooms are cleaned between 12 - 6pm. He made no apologies and was quite rude. 4. The breakfast is not great. It lacks fresh cut fruit, a toaster that works and standard breakfast selections. The food seems to cater to a local palette rather than an international tourist. 5. The hotel is VERY far away from everything. Many yours will not pick up from this location. 6. The timed lights in the cave suite area stay on for 30 seconds. Just long enough for you to get to your door but not long enough to find your key & lock. Very frustrating. On a better note, the spa was very good and reasonably priced. I would not stay at this hotel again primarily due to the rudeness of the senior male manager and their housekeeping.

In generale, l'hotel è bellissimo, autentico, atmosferico. Ha così tante piccole cose che si trovano in stile! Un elemento separato - il jacuzzi nella sala da soggiorno, ma non una ragione per sconvolgere! Ma non ho visto informazioni nelle recensioni quando prenota che nelle stanze è incredibile umidità! così tante che le cose lasciate per la notte erano infelici di brutto al mattino. E da questo c'è l'odore di crude all'interno, soprattutto nel bagno. C'era una notte, e se dovessi rimanere a 2, sarebbe difficile dormire (importante come se tutto - lenzuola, cose, aria ...).

Il paesaggio è molto buono, proprio sotto il castello di Ushichisar. Possono camminare per qualche minuto. Il tempo è buono per vedere il vulcano di Ergies, a pochi chilometri dalla città di Gramey. Le strutture della stanza sono buone. La colazione è molto dolce per i cinesi, anche se la varietà è molto grande, ma non è conforme alla latte cinese.

Siamo due famiglie di 4 persone con figli adolescenti. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti, questo hotel diversi mesi fa. All’arrivo ci fanno immediatamente saldare tutto. Stesso prezzo per le quadruple, peccato che la nostra fosse esattamente la metà dell’altra. Lo facciamo notare e la risposta è che non hanno altre stanze. Alla domanda perché lo stesso prezzo (tutt’altro che basso), ci rispondono che le ci sono diverse misure di stanza ma è così. Nella nostra stanza nel bagno nemmeno un posto dove appendere gli asciugamani o appoggiare un beauty. Un mini armadio nella camera e basta. Nessun appendino o sedia. Gli asciugamani bagnati dopo la doccia li dovevano mettere sulla spalliera del letto. Quando sono passati a pulire le stanze, tutti i vestiti arruffati per terra. Lo abbiamo fatto notare ancora l’ultimo giorno e ci è stato risposto che che effettivamente c’era una stanza libera più grossa e potevano darcela (peccato fosse l’ultima sera). Lo staff parla pochissimo l’inglese e non spicca per simpatia. Inoltre NON prenotate le escursioni nell’hotel perché costano praticamente il doppio rispetto alle agenzie vicine

La strada in cui si trova l'hotel è proprio davanti alla stazione di autobus che è molto conveniente se si desidera viaggiare in altre città vicino Göreme con autobus o prendere un taxi dalla stazione. Inoltre, ristoranti e agenzie di viaggio sono a pochi minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Se non ti piace ”climbing hills” con il bagaglio, questo hotel è eccellente perché si trova in una zona piatta. Il riscaldamento e l'aria condizionata funzionano in modo adeguato, la camera era pulita, e ci sono camere a livello di strada e sotterraneo. La zona di cena ha 2 terrazze che hanno una vista sulle montagne o sulla strada Göreme. Ci è una varietà di colazione e il personale della cucina è molto amico. Il prezzo del soggiorno è adatto per il soggiorno in hotel. Lo consiglio!

Situato a Cavusin vicino al castello. E 'stato tranquillo. La stanza era pulita e ben decorata. Il letto era molto comodo e bello di legno. Il bagno era grande con una finestra. Le piastrelle nel doccia erano bellissime. Il personale era molto gentile. Il colazione era di stile turco con un omeleto. Era molto buono e servito in cima dove c'è una grande vista sulla valle rosa. Il wifi funzionava bene.

Avanos è un hotel a posto, che può rimanere in Avanos. La qualità di Hiilton è sentita soprattutto nella progettazione dell'hotel e delle camere. La loro dimensione, il loro concetto e la loro comodità sono buone, ma un po' vecchie, un po' di rinovamento migliore. Il colazione è molto buona. Non ho usato piscina e SPA, ma non sembrava male ...
