Hotel in zona 2000 Evler Mosque, Nevsehir

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

- The hotel has a unique style of exotic architecture and, it’s all made from cave. - It’s a good experience once in a life time, to try to sleep in a cave. Specially if you have kids or honeymooners. Although, I was a solo traveler but, I love it. - Day one was a bit scared my room was number (1) which is the oldest cave and, big&wide for one person. After knowing it goes back to more than 11,000 years ago. I felt am sleeping inside the history. - Hotel is a family business hotel, I met nice girls Sarah in the cooking class & Shaimaa sweet girl at the reception. - Everyone here very friendly and attentive, they can communicate in English the youngest employees. But, they are all extremely helpful. - Hotel can arrange pick up and drop off, as well as, private taxi to be transported anywhere around. - Location: it’s around (19-mins to Goreme city) Shaimaa helped a lot. - I booked tours and Turkish bath from the hotel . They also manage my transport to most of places I visit. - Breakfast: The entire food is organic and fresh from their farm. The hotel buffet have wide variates of olives that melts into your mouth. They sell home made tomatoes for cooking and various types of James. - Cooking class: if you like to interact with tourist, as well as, learn about Turkish food to take it back with you to your country that’s right place to go even if you will not stay at the hotel due to over bookings. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero confortevole al Lunas Cappadocia! Il signor Kerim e suo fratello erano così gentili, attenti, comunicativi e onesti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la sistemazione adottata per permetterci di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in/dopo il check-out. Ha gentilmente controllato i prezzi del tour per noi, ci ha fornito consigli, ha chiamato taxi, ecc. L'hotel è un po' lontano ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi (15-20 minuti) dalle principali attrazioni di Uchisar. La zona è davvero tranquilla e rilassante e la gente del posto è amichevole. La camera era accogliente e sufficiente per le nostre esigenze. La colazione era buona e la vista del castello di Uchisar, anche se lontana, è bellissima. Consigliamo vivamente questa posizione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno tranquillo e un servizio clienti attento!

L'ospite è molto caldo e sempre benvenuto con un sorriso. Era molto tardi la notte mentre cercavamo alcune opzioni vino con snacks; ci siamo stumbleti sul tetto di La Vie. Abbiamo vino turco con patate fresche e molte varietà di frutta secca. Era freddo e il proprietario era gentile abbastanza da darci qualche ruggine per mantenerci caldi. Ci aveva dato anche qualche ricordo. Penso che anche loro abbiano un buon alloggio (non ci siamo fermati, ma guardando le modalità che potrebbe valere la pena provare).

E'stata una grande esperienza. Alla nostra arrivo ci sono stati offerti freschi. Elif, Feyzo e Yigit erano tutti molto utili. amichevole e gentile. Elif ha organizzato le nostre camere d'albergo e ha controllato tutto prima di darci le chiavi. Le camere erano molto pulite e ben arredate. La posizione è perfetta. Solo 5 minuti a piedi dal centro principale dove sono situati tutti i ristoranti, negozi, agenti di viaggio e macchine in contanti, ecc. La vista superiore del tetto è molto bello. La prateria principale ha un sacco di divano e sedie rilassanti per sedersi nel sole. Non c'è disturbo dal traffico principale. La colazione era davvero buona. Tutti freschi e deliziosi. Vorrei tornare a usare il loro servizio. Molto ricompreso.

Siamo due famiglie di 4 persone con figli adolescenti. Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti, questo hotel diversi mesi fa. All’arrivo ci fanno immediatamente saldare tutto. Stesso prezzo per le quadruple, peccato che la nostra fosse esattamente la metà dell’altra. Lo facciamo notare e la risposta è che non hanno altre stanze. Alla domanda perché lo stesso prezzo (tutt’altro che basso), ci rispondono che le ci sono diverse misure di stanza ma è così. Nella nostra stanza nel bagno nemmeno un posto dove appendere gli asciugamani o appoggiare un beauty. Un mini armadio nella camera e basta. Nessun appendino o sedia. Gli asciugamani bagnati dopo la doccia li dovevano mettere sulla spalliera del letto. Quando sono passati a pulire le stanze, tutti i vestiti arruffati per terra. Lo abbiamo fatto notare ancora l’ultimo giorno e ci è stato risposto che che effettivamente c’era una stanza libera più grossa e potevano darcela (peccato fosse l’ultima sera). Lo staff parla pochissimo l’inglese e non spicca per simpatia. Inoltre NON prenotate le escursioni nell’hotel perché costano praticamente il doppio rispetto alle agenzie vicine

Anche la posizione è molto buona, è in una città ci sono molti ristoranti e alberghi a pochi minuti a piedi. Il direttore e il personale dell'hotel sono molto accoglienti e puoi chiedere loro aiuto se hai bisogno di qualcosa. Sembra che questo hotel non disponga di camere doppie, tutte hanno grandi letti gemelli, abbastanza comodi per dormire. L'isolamento acustico è un po' carente Se qualcuno apre o chiude la porta nel corridoio, lo sentirai. Se ti dispiace, puoi portare i tappi per le orecchie. La colazione includerà un piatto, tè e frutta. Divertiti:)

Hotel fantastico con servizio clienti sorprendente !! Mi piace questo hotel così tanto.Il ricevitore sapeva che sono un viaggiatore solitario questa volta.Mi hanno suggerito molte viaggi utili per un giorno di viaggio in Goreme town.come ristorante, caffè, vista points.trip.com mostrato un check-in sbagliato e un viaggio fuori tempo. Sono arrivato all'hotel alle 11:00. Dopo un piccolo incontro con me, mi hanno permesso di check-in precoce. Non dirlo che il design dell'hotel è fantastico con una bella piscina. Ho saltato in piscina stamattina dopo aver finito il buffet per colazione.L'acqua di piscina è molto fredda ma mi ha lasciato raffreddare la mattina. Grazie mille. Molto dolce. Ho ricevuto il regalo dall'hotel quando mi mandero' all'aeroporto e ricorderò i vostri servizi entusiasti e questo hotel!Così felice di rimanere qui.
