Qui il prezzo non è semplicemente compatibile! L'hotel si riposa sulla posizione e sul clima. Siamo arrivati in camera, questa è la scuola totale vecchia. Il mattone era pieno di zuppa di pomodoro. Le camere sono davvero bisognosi di rinnovamento. Il servizio per colazione non ha struttura, così come nel caffè. Tempi di attesa lunghi. In ogni caso, doveva essere migliorato. Il cuoco al colazione al colazione, il bastone di Melone preso dal buffet, questo era ancora mezzo pieno - voleva riempire. Dopo il motto nella scatola, sono stati semplicemente imballati altri scatole vuote per il trasporto in cucina... Questo non va per una casa di 5 stelle. Inoltre, i salsiccia, la raffinazione e il bacon sono freddi, questo non è assolutamente caldo. Il fine settimana il direttore dell'hotel mi ha aiutato, almeno presumo che fosse lui. Questo aiuto, dal nostro punto di vista, ha portato al caos. L'intero team di servizi lavora molto in modo rilassato, non ha funzionato più ... Ich bin gerne im Winter hier. Das Hotel ist ruhig, überwiegend Senioren, aber auch Kinder sind hier sehr gerne gesehen Kinderspielecke, Stühlchen...,) Die Lage ist toll!! Das Haus wird laufend renoviert. Großzügiges Superior Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr gute Betten und Kissen. Obstteller und Wasser zur Begrüßung. Nespresso-Maschine. Gute Handtücher und Babor Lotion. Dem Mobiliar sieht man sein Alter an. Den Türen der Fenstern noch mehr.... Aber es war alles sauber. Handtücher werden auf Wunsch nicht gewechselt. Das fand ich prima fürs Klima!!! Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Ebenso das gesamte Personal - sehr freundlich und empathisch!!! Das findet man nicht oft!!! Ich liebe das große Meerwasser Schwimmbad mit Blick aufs Meer, was bis 22h geöffnet hat. Das konnte ich nach dem Check-Out um 11h noch 2 Std. nutzen. Ich reise immer mit der Bahn an, ein Fußweg von 20 min bis zum Hotel. Ich liebe als Einzelreisende dieses Hotel, auch wenn einiges nicht ganz perfekt ist und komme immer gerne hierhin. Vielen Dank!!!

Großes Manko der fehlende Fahrstuhl zur Tiefgarage und ein Stehplatz für Fahrräder. SEHR aufmerksames und freundliches Personal am Frühstücksbuffet. Hier auch enwandfreie Speisen. Auch das Reinigungspersonal hat seine Arbeit zufriedenstellend erledigt Kleine Reparatur im Bad wurde innerhalb einer Stunde erledigt. Zimmerpreise etwas zu hoch.

I called yesterday and wanted to make a booking for sauna and fitness etc. The receptionist told me that I should call Spa and make a reservation in advance due to the situation of corona. I was told that 6 persons are allowed in the sauna at one time. We can book as many times as we want as long as it’s still available. My boyfriend and me just wanted to have double appointments so that we can do 3 times sauna within two hours. So i called spa this afternoon, a lady told we we can book double hour at one time so here we are. I asked her if it’s gonna be like 8-9, 9-10 o’clock etc? She said yes to me. Then i requested about 16-18. Suddenly she told me 1630 to 1830. I was so confused actually but i was so happy to have the appointment done. We have also make a booking of an usage of fitness area. We wanted to swim as well. But she told me we don’t have to book for swimming. At the end we have made three day appointments. Due to fully booked massage service, we have to find somewhere else for massage. And we got an appointment at 17h on Friday, so i have to call the hotel up and change the appointment. The time another lady. She couldn’t find our bookings, none of them, no sport no sauna... surprisingly she tole me we can go to the fitness area whenever we like. But we have to book for swimming. Everything completely the opposite from the other employee. I feel really confused anyway. And the employee before, told me that we have to pay 5€ per person per day. If we book three days means 30€. Now here we go, the second colleague told me that we are not allowed to book double hour, only one hour per person is allowed. All the miss leading informations even though we booked the room for the weekend, sauna and swimming isn’t included also fine. Now we pay but no double hour? I have been to several wellness hotel, if we book the room those services are usually included. Don’t understand why we have to pay everything extra. As said...we update my review after our stay.
