I don't even know where to start with this review. 1 - Staff are rude and also they try to charge extra on arrival. 2 - Loads of cockroaches in the room. 3 - Room not clean at all and had a bad smell to it. 4 - Room very very outdated, nothing spent on that hotel in 20+ years. 5 - Balcony doors and all windows really hard to open. 6 - Breakfast was the worst food. Nothing fresh an even the waffles were from a packet. 7 - Lift stopped working when I was in it and had to press alarm button. 8 - Pool closes at 5pm. The list continues but I'm not wasting any more time on leaving this review as I see other reviews from years ago that are the same as mine so obviously nothing will change at this hotel. Always check reviews before booking anywhere. (I wish I did and I will be doing in the future)

I would leave minus 10 stars if it was an option. I booked through a 3rd party website. When I arrived, they told me that it’s a common mistake people make when using that website that they don’t make the booking correctly and that I need to pay an extra 1500nis if I want to stay. I had travelled all day with my young kids and couldn’t bear the thought of not having anywhere for them to stay so I agreed to pay it. My cards wouldn’t work there (even though they worked many times on the way to the hotel for public transport). They told me there’s a problem with their machine and I need to pay cash. I have refused but they told me they will take that amount before I leave from the card I have saved with them. I have 2 rooms, although a good size they are dated, mouldy, the ceiling is leaking from the air conditioning. There are hundreds of cockroaches in my room. They have given me a spray to kill them. I physically feel sick staying in this hotel. My children are crying and will not sleep as they are scared of the cockroaches. I have asked the hotel for a refund so that I can go stay somewhere safe but they will not agree to compensate me. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The staff are rude, have tried to steal money from me and have offered me no help

If I could leave less than a star I would. This hotel is awful. Nothing like on the pictures. It is very old, dirty and not well maintained. Upon arrival our bedroom was not ready we were given another one: the door knob fell in my hand, the water that came out of the bath was yellow, 1/5 of dust on the bed head , a massive draft of cold air coming out of the balcony door that was fixed upon our request with cello tape ! A dirty and rusty fridge with nothing inside and dirty windows. We were then moved to a suite as dirty but functioning! Very very basic style of the room ( definitely not of a luxury boutique hotel as they position themselves). I requested 4 times for the floor to be vacuumed and it never happened. Awful and unhelpful service. Awful breakfast with hardly any choices. No fresh juices, no fresh coffee ( apart from a machine ) Cakes from a pack and not homemade . Dirty pool area with cigarettes and rubbish on the floor A so called playground and outdoor gym for which they should give you a tetanus shot before you touch anything! We will never go back there and will never recommend it to anyone

the hotel is very old. it is in a fabulous location but the facilites are very old. the building has not been renewed in a long time. the view from the terrace was great. the water in the pool was filthy. the beach is wonderful but hard to access because of the steps. breakfast was very good but the coffee was horrid.

Would NOT recommend this hotel. Fortunately it was just a one night stay for us at the end of a trip. Unclean and smeary windows. Tired building and facilities. Food was unappetising. No fresh juice for breakfast. Always check reviews before booking!

Our family of 15 including young grandchildren and teenage children stayed in 5 rooms at this hotel over Passover. Anything we asked for when making the reservation we received (low floor, rooms together, meals at reserved tables for everyone to eat together). The view and location are amazing. Though they are old and not well maintained, the rooms are super large, most of them with large porches as well. The staff was nice and helpful.

Wish I had found this hotel sooner. It is one of the best accomodations and affordibility in Netanya. The views are spectacular, the israeli buffet breakfast were exactly what we needed. It is on the broadwalk with direct access to the beach. Checking in during a big rain storm and with 2 toddlers was not easy but Alina B was very friendly and helpful. We visit here frequently so will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, the reception staff were friendly ,the ambience of the lounge area pleasant My room was spacious , The room rate reasonable However the interior is faded glory ,bathrooms not well cleaned , corridors neglected peeling wallpaper. This once glorious hotel is a victim of neglect,.

be very careful booking this hotel. although we prepaid once i gave credit card simply for guarantee they charged full amount again to card… 3 weeks later still no refund. had to deal with with credit card company to get my money back. hotel ignored my emails. please be careful with this hotel.
