Festa Panorama Hotel

We have just got back from a week away for our honeymoon my husband 10 month old son and myself. This is my honest review of the place. We arrived at 2.30 pm and our room was ready so we were able to check straight in. We had room 101 this was perfect for us as it was ground floor with a balcony and side sea view. Rooms: Were spacious with a huge bed. Fresh water every day, very cold fridge and bedding changed regularly. The rooms were carpeted which I found unusual and the bathrooms were quite dated but was fully functional. Pool area: You needed to be up early to get a sunbed with some shade as in August it was very hot. Entertainment was around the pool every day but Monday. They work very hard and work very long hours. The pool bar often there was a queue but this moved quite fast. There was also food which was a seperate queue the lady who served there at times could be abrupt. There was also plenty of different ice lolly’s included in the all inclusive. Food: Was something to eat for most people and lots of yummy salads and different fish/meats to try. We went early at 6.30 in the evening but got busy very quickly. Only suggestion for food would be more of a children’s menu with plainer foods although my ten month old tried most things. Entertainment There were different shows each night in the amphitheater however, to access this it is quite steep and not ideal for everyone. We did try watching from the grass area but the mosquitoes came out. Local area This hotel is located in what appears to be a somewhat residential area. There are plenty of shops within walking distance and old nessebar is only about a 20 minute stroll. I would highly recommend the old town. There is a train for 6 bgn (just under £3 each) and they stop back near the hotel. The hotel is very close to the beach but this was very busy but to be expected in August. We visited sunny beach whilst there and we prefer nessebar sunny beach was very busy. Overall we had a lovely week, would consider visiting again but maybe when my son is a little older so he can enjoy some of the entertainment more.

The worst holiday I have ever been on, room had damp in its also all over the hotel where you’ll find patches of paint trying to cover it there stains all over the carpets, all inclusive was absolutely disgusting DO NOT cater for vegetarians. They don’t even know what blackcurrant juice was so I was spending loads of money for my son to drink he’s lived on chips as that’s all there is for him to eat. The staff here are so RUDE I’ve never experienced anything like it in my life we got shouted at 10am in the lobby for speaking wouldn’t think we was adults the staff in there restaurant looked at me and shook my head because I put some pasta on my daughters plate. You get looked at like your a piece of crap by everyone you wouldn’t think you’ve just spent thousands to stay in there grotty hotel. My kids wanted to play pool so I told him the machine wasn’t working he then tried telling me to put coins in when I explained I did he come over with an attitude towards me overall the worst experience I’ve ever had the list could go on and on and on. I had dirty glasses left in my room for 4 days there was dust every where sticky marks nothing was cleaned just beds made absolutely disgusting

So just returned home after a great holiday here… From start to finish welcome with happy staff… Really clean hotel.. our room was cleaned every day by a very lovely lady whose name I can’t quite remember but she paid particular attention to the bathroom and the bed ..she was very polite and courteous when we met her inside and outside of the room.. Our Room overlooked the pool which was met by the gorgeous Black Sea , I swam in the sea every day. There was always plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. The pool which had three different areas was cleaned every day and was always spotless. The pool is also attended by a lifeguard so you can be reassured if you have children with you on your holiday. There was always snacks available at the poolside bar from 11 am to 5 pm. The pool bar served all inclusive drinks from 10 am to 6 pm. During the day, the animation team were always on hand to provide fun and games for all ages. The Animation manager was a gentleman called Ivo Who worked alongside Nikki another gentleman and two other ladies. They were great fun always smiling and happy.. I liked Dee Dee . who I connected with… Especially enjoyed the Darts, Pool Games and Shuffle-Board (which I won a few times)..In regards to the all inclusive, I can’t actually fault the hotel. They served three meals a day breakfast lunch and an evening meal. There was always plenty of choice in regard to everyone’s eating tastes. The restaurant staff were very attentive and constantly clearing away etc.. The Location of the hotel was good too. It is based in Nessebar which was close to the Old Town Nessebar Which provided classic Bulgarian hospitality with plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of shopping too..Sunny beach is within walking distance also.. We did a few excursions, particularly enjoyed Sozopol.. Great Holiday ☀️

So the hotel is comfortable but a bit dated. poor layout, could be better. bar has one person serving at either bar so long queues. Not enough seating inside or out. The air conditioning is poor it is hot in the hotel and it was cooler to open the balcony door than the air con itself only goes down to about 19 degrees. The food was poor breakfast being the best meal. salad was ok and there was cheese and hams. cooked food tasteless and lack of choice. one day pasta dish was just pasta with cream over it no other flavours. Everypne we spoke with complained. couple of nice restaurants within close distance though served lovely food planty of choice and very reasonable. pool lovely but gritty underfoot. poor access only one side by ladder and away from the sunbeds. if thought out there is plenty of room for steps to have been added for easier access but sadly none. Staff and cleanliness though very good.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, I genuinely do not have one bad word to say! The staff are wonderful, so helpful, hardworking and delightful! Every one of them made our 4 year old little girl feel special and like a princess! Food is so beautiful and tasty and plenty on offer for fussy eaters and also lots to try for the more adventurous. The indoor children’s pool is a perfect 28 degrees. The outdoor pool is cooler but just what you need on the very hot days to cool off. Housekeeping visit every day and give fresh towels daily. Hand wash, shower gel and shampoo all provided complementary. The sea and nearby Sunny Beach are immaculate, there’s jellyfish in the water which we were initially concerned about however when we saw the locals paying them no concern we were reassured, the water is warm and very shallow until very far out, perfect for families with young children. Nearby old Nessebar is beautiful and the multi museum tickets are well worth the money. No need to pay for expensive tour, very simple to navigate around yourselves. Overall a very beautiful hotel and holiday.

Had an amazing holiday at this hotel . The activity team Maria and Daniel made our holiday hilarious. Would definitely go back . Only downside to it was there were some very rude obnoxious staff . How i never got arrested i don't know . Especially with the incident of the tongs at breakfast time lol
