Aqua Paradise Resort - Hotel & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Our first trip to Bulgaria and we were not disappointed! As a family of 5 we had the most amazing time here spending 10 days all inclusive with superb food choices, excellent entertainment , amazing cocktails, friendly staff and a thrilling water park next door. Our two teenage boys loved the slides and pools in the waterpark , our young daughter loved the kids pools and the purple entertainers in the hotel grounds. As parents it was great to see everyone happy and kept entertained throughout our stay. Special mention to the staff of the Italian Restaurant on-site who made extra special efforts for us as we celebrated a birthday and their hospitality was second to none. We will be coming back next year for sure. This place really is a 5 star family holiday destination.

Aqua Paradise is one on a kind hotel!When we came we felt overwhelmed by all the things there were to do. The hotel has a spa (a very nice and clean one). The fitness is very well occupied and organised. There is a bowling alley and a playground. There is an indoor swimming pool but unless the weather is bad i would recommend going to the main pool instead of the chill one because of the great entertainment! The entertainment team does a spectacular job and they definitely know how to make you laugh. They have kid’s show which starts from 19:50 and and ends at around 20:50. So your little ones have about an hour of dancing and playing games with the other kids and the entertainers! Speaking of which, we are very thankful to Adrian Rossie and Nicki because they set the cheerful mood for the whole hotel! You are doing an astonishing job purple people!

It's my third time in Bulgaria and my third time in Aqua Paradise! And each year it seems better than the previous. The hotel looks the same each year which means it's well maintained. The rooms are simple but very modern. The pools are clean. The staff is very friendly as well. The restaurant is great but there is definitely some space for improvement when it comes to the pizza. The thing that amazes me each year is the great entertainment team! The purple people are one of a kind team that honestly sets the mood for the whole hotel! They organize games around the pool during the day and they have a whole entertainment program during the evening! The main show is different every night and to be honest I enjoyed all of them! And then at the end there is my favorite adults disco where they play the songs that your request. Many many wishes for the whole purple team - Adrian, Nicki, Iva, Sami, Heyson, Hrisi, Alex, Veli, Slavi and exotic Rossi! Thanks to you guys I had another unforgettable summer here in Aqua Paradise!

One of the best trips we have ever been on. We have visited Bulgaria many times but this was the best one so far. Aqua paradise is a very nice hotel in general but what made our trip was the entertainment team! Adrian, Rossi, Nicki and Iva from the entertainment team (the purple people) made our trip worth it. Before our trip to Bulgaria this year we were thinking about choosing another destination for the next year, but now that we are here we are certain that we are coming back! In conclusion I would say that the hotel is great, the food is good, the rooms are clean and fresh, but the purple people is what’s gonna make us come back next year! Huge shoutout to them because without their presence the hotel would feel empty and bland.

Came here as a massive group of 9, and every single one of us loved our visit, having the pass for the aqua park was am absolute bonus ^_^ The staff were lovely , food was absolutely gorgeous, nessabar wasn't to far away by taxi as well. Would definitely visit again

The hotel is nice, modern, not too big and having enough facilities like bars and pools. We loved the Aqua park and its facilities. We noticed that the majority of the employees at the hotel were not particularly friendly. The waiting staff in the buffet restaurant don't even care to say hello and the guest relation employees are very blunt. The buffet restaurant offers a variety of food for everyone but it was way too busy and noisy. Maybe you could consider introducing time slots when one could go and eat there. We did appreciate the friendliness of the waiting staff at the Italian and Fusion Restaurants and the lovely animation team. Special thanks to all of you (Hayson, Adrian, Sammy, Rossi, Adela, Nikki, Mia, Julia, Iva, Nathalia and Slavi) for the activities during the day and in the evening. A good animation team is a must and I must say you made our stay a memorable one! Some room for improvement: The use of mobile phones by employees while on duty looks very unprofessional and should be prohibited. We saw this at the karaoke bar and at the guest relations desk. Instead of having too many persons sitting there waiting, there should be a system where these people go around in turns interacting with guests /conducting surveys about their stay in order to enhance quality of service. Food at the pool bars was often cold. As regards to the room, we noticed that the shower glass was not always cleaned and in order to have the shower gel refilled I had to remove it myself from its holder and place it next to the sink tap for the housekeeper to see it. The second one was empty 3 days before departure and was not refilled. Body lotion should be replaced too (2 small bottles for 3 pax. for 2 weeks is nothing). These are common practices in hotels. And please ban the use and the selling of air mattresses for swimming pools. It seemed like there was a competition whose mattress is the biggest It is very uncomfortable and stressful to swim in between!
