Не смотря на то, что интерьер номеров сильно не новый, муж обнаружил, что чувствует себя здесь Как дома! В соотношении ЦЕНА/КАЧЕСТВО, совокупность всего в отеле гораздо выше, чем заявленная цена! Нам понравилось! Вернемся сюда!

We have recently came back from a holiday of 5 people. I would rate the hotel a higher rating if I could, because our holiday was perfect. It was my first time staying at this hotel, but the other 4 people have stayed last year as well, and since they have enjoyed it so much they have decided to come back this year too. To start off with the staff, they were amazing, someone 24/7 around to help you regardless of where you were, either bar, restaurant, reception or housekeeping. Staff were friendly and approachable. Kitchen chefs coming outside and taking care of the food to look good and taste good, would talk with people to see how they are enjoying the food and would give a friendly and enjoyable time while having a meal. I was looking forward to our holiday long before coming to the holiday, as a montb prior I went on a cut knowing that I would eat a lot, and I did. Each meal, (lunch and dinner) I would have 2 plates of food and added dessert, because the food was amazing. Cooked fresh and nothing pre-heated from prior meals or prior days, as mentioned in some reviews. Multiple types of rice, chicken cooked in different spices, different types of fish and cooked in different ways, pork as well and many types of salads too. (Tend to mention that we had all-inclusive package, so we took advantage of that!). Bar staff always smiling and happy and attentative, and at some point they started remembering our drinks as well from coming that many times at the bar. While we was on the beach, housekeeping team would change our essentials in the room, fresh towels, bin bags, fresh linen on the beds, would air out the rooms for us to be fresh once we would be back. Reception team gave us a proper start to our holiday which led us to enjoy our stay from minute one. Even thought we haven’t requested our rooms to be together or on the same floor, the team tried to make our stay better by providing us with these options, however, 1 of the rooms wasn’t quite next to the others so 1 room got upgraded to a higher standard room, which was great (Rooms 402, 413, 418). Pool staff always happy and smiling and always helped us when we needed their help. Staff is the asset at this hotel, and they have made our holiday better, all praises to them and we are looking forward to coming next year as well!

From entering the hotel we were very impressed it was lovely and clean our room was very spacious. Every day without fail, our room was cleaned and bins emptied, and new towels were received. All staff worked very hard to ensure everywhere was clean and tidy. The bar staff and dining room staff were always busy and polite. We wanted a relaxing break the first we have had as a couple for a lot of years. We were so pleased we chose this hotel.Also, the al carte restaurant was amazing.we will be coming again

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con nostra figlia e nipote, la stanza era spaziosa e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. ! C'era già un cappotto con un piccolo regalo per il bambino che era una bella sorpresa. ! Anche bevande complimentarie che erano apprezzate. Abbiamo avuto un grande balcone che guardava il mare. La piscina dice che è riscaldata ma se è molto basso, non è un problema per noi, ma controlla doppiamente se è qualcosa di importante per voi. ! Il personale era utile, anche se dice in un libretto nella stanza che se avete bisogno di piastrelle extra, ecc, li forniranno ma quando il ricevitore della notte mi ha chiesto di no, poi ha inviato 1 piastrelle, Purtroppo, sia mia figlia che io soffro di problemi di collo e di schiena, quindi non è stato sufficiente, ma lei non lo sapeva, quindi credo sia colpa mia non averla spiegata. L'hotel è sul lato della spiaggia con facile accesso che era un vero bonus per il bambino (e noi) abbiamo pagato per colazione che era abbastanza piacevole, una buona scelta per tutti, frutta, torte, uova n bacon, formaggi, cereali e molto più sicuramente vale la pena. ! La vecchia città è una 5min di auto / 20min di cammino, quindi si trova perfettamente per tutto quello che ti serve.

Grande hotel in buona posizione! Personale estremamente amichevole, buon colazione e facile andare in generale. Alcuni cons: parcheggio non è grande, le camere possono essere leggermente rumorose e AC non ha funzionato. In generale, un ottimo hotel, consigliere questo hotel per chiunque venga a Burgas!

Top hotel, ha un buon interno. Le camere sono molto belle mobili. Ha una piscina esterna molto buona. L'hotel reale è enorme e ha molte camere. In generale lo consiglio. Se pensi di visitare o no, non esitate. Questo è tutto da me!
