We love dogs and realize it's a PITA to find dog-friendly rentals. Our cleaning company assesses a fee of $45 per pup if we know in advance; $100 if we don't know in advance :(. Now to the good stuff: Tucked away less than a mile from VA's Brew Ridge Trail, The Big Tiny House is a brand-new, never been lived in, self-contained luxury tiny home hand built by the only RIVA-certified tiny home builder in the nation. While staying at The Big Tiny House, you'll be surprised at the precise attention to detail in the design and the sheer amount of amenities packed into this cool little spot. Enjoy! Guest access When you enter the driveway and pass the large pine trees, feel free to park in the grassy area off to the left . On the wall to the left of the garage door is a lockbox with a key, as well as a light switch to illuminate the path to The Big Tiny House (and also to the adjacent Rusty's Retreat). Follow the path to your left between the garage and the large white propane tank (looks like a submarine). Walk approximately 20ft and you'll see a large pine tree with a sign for The Big Tiny House. Open the wooden gate to your right and you'll see the tiny house ahead :) You'll have full use of the tiny home as well as the outdoor space that surrounds it. Other things to note Although separate, The Big Tiny House shares a property with the well-known property Boogie Nights Manor as well as fellow listing Rusty's Retreat. Parking and access points are separate for the listings, but it's possible that sounds may travel between the respective outdoors spaces :) The house also has a great firepit that looks straight out of an episode of The Flintstones. As we can't guarantee the availability of large deliveries of firewood locally, we recommend you pick up a couple bundles at your local hardware or grocery store.
