Great condo for a couple or for a small family. Condo is a ski-in/ski-out on the ground floor-no stairs to tackle! Enter the building and drop off your skis in the ski locker on the way to the apartment. Condo is just steps away from Starbucks, restaurants, stores, and playground. Condo is newly renovated with a king bed in the bedroom and queen size sleeper couch in the LR. Well equipped kitchen, TV in LR and BR. Close to many attractions like lakes, trails, breweries, wineries and other.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please wash dishes and leave in a dish rack before checking out. Please take all trash out to the main dumpster i. Wintergreen weekend Unit was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Neighbor upstairs was very noisy. Bed was not very comfortable. Otherwise nice and cozy.

Perfect getaway! The condo surpassed our expectations. It was perfect for my partner and me to celebrate a birthday with a getaway from Roanoke and Richmond, respectively. The furnishings were beautiful, and the amenities were accurately described. We will be back, thank you for sharing your amazing space!

Mountain Retreat My husband and I needed a relaxing get away and chose Wintergreen to escape some of the brutal heat. The condo was as represented including walking distance to restaurants and the nicely appointed market. Will definitely visit again.

Long weekend getaway This property was perfect for us to getaway for a long weekend. Beautiful setting and everything we needed was walkable. The condo had everything we needed and our host was so responsive!
