Hotel a 3 stelle a Nelson Bay

We were extremely disappointed with the size and cleanliness of our room 208. There were long black hairs on the white tile walls in the bathroom, coffee cups dirty and the television was impossible to watch unless you sat sideways on the end of the bed. Also the television had an old set top box and one of the remotes had flat batteries so took a while to realise it was the batteries not the old unfamiliar system. I did make a complaint and the housekeeping manager was very pleasant and had the room cleaned and rearranged (the robe would then only half open). We did look in other rooms when guests had left and they were open about to be cleaned and they were very nice. We were told rooms 208 and 101 were the smallest - do not book those rooms. The position of the Seabreeze Hotel is wonderful and the decor in the bar and very popular restaurant was really well done.

Motel is right in the shopping area and there is even a Domino's downstairs. Woolies is a few minutes walk as are the cinema, restaurants etc Checking in was a bit tricky as I don't own a mobile and the reception desk is always unattended. Rang, from a public phone, to get the my unique access code. The security fob was waiting in my room to access the lift after that. Loved the coffee machine in the room ! Could have done with access to a washing machine but there is a laundrette at the Marina across the road. Had the pool to myself a few times. Great views from up there. Only downside was some other guests ignoring the smoke free building rule and puffing on their balconies.

A bit disappointed that Trip.com didn't give you the option to claim NSW vouchers. Il Landmark Resort offre un servizio eccellente per i clienti, il migliore che abbia mai avuto. Potrebbe aggiungere sciarpe, cucchiaio di legno e panino di dimensioni più piccole. strano di avere un enorme panino di frittelle da cucinare per 2 persone, e su un piccolo forno top. Inoltre, consiglierei di sostituire i piani di tipo Tefal come possono diventare un pericolo per la salute quando vecchio. Bagno - La testa del doccia potrebbe fare con un aggiornamento per tenere a mano, perché l'uno fissato è piccolo, e solo bagnati appena sotto le spa, più splashes ovunque. Abbiamo fatto buon uso del bagno spa. Sedie a toletta piazza non sono comodi. Il ferro è molto economico e vecchio.La sporcizia usciva dai buchi sottostanti e l'acqua si sgombrava.

Non lo consiglio per le famiglie piccole (che hanno bambini piccoli).. Ho prenotato 2 appartamento e quando sono arrivato lì ho avuto shock per la camera da letto quanto lontano l'uno dall'altro, una camera da letto in alto e una scala in basso, non capisco come fanno qualcosa del genere, I miei figli dovevano dormire sul letto di divano perché non lascerò che dormissero così lontano da me. Quando ho prenotato non sapevo che e quando gli ho chiesto se potevano cambiare la stanza per me hanno detto che è solo quello che abbiamo non abbiamo 1 appartamento solo 2 , non capisco come arrivare un hotel come questo ha solo 2 appartamento , Come si può arrivare se le coppie vogliono prenotare un appartamento di 1 camera??

La stanza che eravamo assegnati aveva un sedile igienico rotto, ma siamo stati rapidamente trasferiti in un'altra stanza per poterla riparare e abbiamo ricevuto un biglietto (per compensare le inconvenienti) per colazione al caffè in loco. (che era molto popolare e aveva una buona selezione; su una nota personale le nostre scelte erano ben presentate e molto deliziose), la posizione è eccellente, poiché è centrale per la zona CBD/forestra e il parcheggio in loco è stato abbondante. La piscina era anche eccellente, ma la nostra camera di guardare il giardino era molto confortevole e tranquilla con tutto quello che si poteva aspettare. Indubbiamente, considererei questa una scelta primaria per l'alloggio in occasione di future visite a Nelson Bay.

If I had to rate the staff it would be a straight 5/5. Excellent service and so helpful. Room large with a very comfortable king sized bed. Sofa (sofabed) was difficult to sit comfortably on as the cushions seem to have lost all their support. Could have made better use of the space in the room and it would benefit from a lick of paint and some of the furniture repaired or replaced. To be honest when I booked this, I expected roughly what I got, but being on a long trip we have stayed at far better places for less. In both Australia and New Zealand. Final comment, the guest services book, I appreciate you need to advise customers of additional charges for bad behaviour, damage etc but this book just goes over the top about them, in not very friendly language. There's even a bit about EVICTION and a final stern warning, on your way out, about fines if you forget to leave the TV remote!
