Hotel a 3 stelle a Nelson Bay

We were extremely disappointed with the size and cleanliness of our room 208. There were long black hairs on the white tile walls in the bathroom, coffee cups dirty and the television was impossible to watch unless you sat sideways on the end of the bed. Also the television had an old set top box and one of the remotes had flat batteries so took a while to realise it was the batteries not the old unfamiliar system. I did make a complaint and the housekeeping manager was very pleasant and had the room cleaned and rearranged (the robe would then only half open). We did look in other rooms when guests had left and they were open about to be cleaned and they were very nice. We were told rooms 208 and 101 were the smallest - do not book those rooms. The position of the Seabreeze Hotel is wonderful and the decor in the bar and very popular restaurant was really well done.

Motel is right in the shopping area and there is even a Domino's downstairs. Woolies is a few minutes walk as are the cinema, restaurants etc Checking in was a bit tricky as I don't own a mobile and the reception desk is always unattended. Rang, from a public phone, to get the my unique access code. The security fob was waiting in my room to access the lift after that. Loved the coffee machine in the room ! Could have done with access to a washing machine but there is a laundrette at the Marina across the road. Had the pool to myself a few times. Great views from up there. Only downside was some other guests ignoring the smoke free building rule and puffing on their balconies.

This was a wonderful find, especially during the busy school holidays, and at a reasonable price. I arrived after reception was closed, but was sent a message on how to obtain the key, then a very detailed note with the key to direct me to my room. The room was very spacious and clean. I immediately noted that the airconditioning was not directly over the bed - which is great for me; also a sliding door to the balcony for optional natural air. There was a microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and polite and you felt that nothing was a problem for them. My room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the evening, and also in the morning having breakfast - with kookaburras coming to sit in the tree opposite. They have a pool, BBQ and an outdoor sitting area. No restaurant on site, but there is one across the road, and Wests Diggers just around the corner in walking distance. A fridge in reception where you can buy some extra milk and some other drinks and snacks if needed. Walking distance to the beach. A lovely restful and happy a**osphere at this motel. I look forward to returning again one day.

La esperienza generale era eccellente, Nick e Mana erano così utili da quando siamo arrivati fino a quando non abbiamo lasciato nulla, le camere erano molto pulite e tempestive, e i terreni e le strutture mantenuti perfettamente. Sicuramente consigliamo l'appartamento Bay Breeze a qualsiasi coppia per una vacanza o per una famiglia per una bella vacanza. Sicuramente saremo di nuovo. Mark e Rachel Russell

A bit disappointed that Trip.com didn't give you the option to claim NSW vouchers. Il Landmark Resort offre un servizio eccellente per i clienti, il migliore che abbia mai avuto. Sam era sorprendente al nostro arrivo e molto utile. Il pavimento era legato al residuo di sapone, e lei è arrivata entro 10 minuti per lavare le piastrelle con acqua pulita. Poi quella sera, si alzò di nuovo per aiutarmi a girare il forno. L'appartamento è stato immacolato e ben progettato per una piccola camera da letto. Comfortabile e moderno. Molti doppi PowerPoints per collegare nei vostri dispositivi. Bella vista sul balcone. Excelente WiFi veloce. Grande piscina e sala giochi (hockey aereo con la capacità di squadra con un partner - 4 giocatori, più altri giochi). Negativi: 1. Cucina - Non forno. Potrebbe aggiungere sciarpe, cucchiaio di legno e panino di dimensioni più piccole. strano di avere un enorme panino di frittelle da cucinare per 2 persone, e su un piccolo forno top. Inoltre, consiglierei di sostituire i piani di tipo Tefal come possono diventare un pericolo per la salute quando vecchio. Bagno - La testa del doccia potrebbe fare con un aggiornamento per tenere a mano, perché l'uno fissato è piccolo, e solo bagnati appena sotto le spa, più splashes ovunque. Abbiamo fatto buon uso del bagno spa. Sedie a toletta piazza non sono comodi. Il ferro è molto economico e vecchio.La sporcizia usciva dai buchi sottostanti e l'acqua si sgombrava.

酒店非常棒，預訂了一間海景一室的房間，風景和房間內設施非常完美。廚房足夠的大，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全。步行5分鐘去附近的woolworth超市採購，回來自己吃，性價比極高。紅酒杯，香檳杯都有配備。衞生間也很大，很寬敞。此外，晚上坐陽台上吹海風，喝喝小酒，極富有小資情調。下次來還會在選擇這家酒店。開車去出海的碼頭，3-5分鐘，交通極其方便。

The room we were originally allocated had a broken toilet seat but we were quickly moved to another room so they could repair it and we received a voucher (as compensation for the inconvenience) toward breakfast at the on-premise cafe (which was both very popular and had a good selection; on a personal note our choices were well presented and very tasty). The location is excellent as it is central to the CBD/foreshore area and on-premise parking was plentiful. Whilst we didn't use it, the pool area looked excellent too. Our Garden View room was very comfortable and quiet with everything you could expect bar the kitchen sink. I'd definitely consider this a primary option for accommodation on future visits to Nelson Bay.

Very very ordinary. Mould in the bathrooms, carpets obviously not vacuumed, blow flies in the sliding window and door sills, poorly maintained,even the paint job was slapped up...it simply doesnt live up to its price bracket.. but Putting the poor value for money issue aside i felt slightly embarrassed for the management who either didn't care or were oblivious to the idea of a positive customer experience. A business model or just squeezing the last $$ out of a building that is sadly at the end of its life and waiting to be redeveloped? The last little bit of salt in the wound was the laminated sign in the kitchen( a kitchen that didnt seem to have hot water or dish washing liquid provided by the way). The friendly note threatens another hundred if you dont (more like cant) washup your dishes....Sick joke?
