We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. We arrived early and as our room was ready, we were allowed to check in early. Shivum checked us in and helped us to our room. He always greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed anything. Kaitlyn in guest services was also helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and clean. The rooftop patio was a pleasant surprise and we used it every evening. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a most wonderful 3 night stay at the Savoy. The hotel was pretty cool. The room was clean, the beds were amazing, so comfy. The shower was cool, should have come with an instruction manual lol! It was in a good location, we were able to walk all around the town. We ate at the Sushi restaurant, it was very nice. The roof top patio was nice also. A really nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you .

We stayed in a beautiful suite at the Savoy. The service was lovely, the room is beautiful, well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. It is very centrally located, which is very convenient, but quiet all the same. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved it here. It’s older rooms as it’s an older building but very nice!! Very clean as well. Walking distance to go to all the amazing restaurants and stores and pubs. Would stay here again!!! We all loved it. You won’t go wrong. There is also a nice patio outside and restaurants on site.

Terrible internet, and they charged for parking, and someone was in my spot. I paid $10, and had to park on the street. I wasn't thrilled to learn that there was no elevator and I had to carry up my luggage to my room. Other than that, an excellent location, and a clean room. The only staff member I met was courteous and helpful.

Room was very comfortable with a great bed and pillows. All the heritage details were lovely. I used the hot tub on the rooftop and had beautiful views over the lake. The staff person at reception was very helpful and accommodating. She answered our requests promptly and was able to book the hot tub for me at short notice. Only downside was no elevator.

Very good modern room. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Bar and Japanese sushi restaurant below. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Located at a heritage type building. Don’t be fooled. Rooms are great. Rate should be 4.5. Love to book here again.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms are small but very well appointed with high-end finishing such as heated towel rack, wooden floor, heated bathroom floor, super comfy bed, soft bathrobes and the most amazing sheets I’ve ever slept in. I will buy myself the same sheets for my place! There is a central lounge area which is appointed with cozy upholstered chairs, free tea, dishes and utensils , creamers in the fridge and a microwave which all guest are free to use. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there again.

Excellent place to stay. We were only there for 1 night, and the only room they had available at the time of booking was the 1 bedroom suite, which was amazing. Bedroom, kitchen, breakfast bar seating, and 2 bathrooms. Lovely decor. Big windows and Juliet balconies. The bed was the comfiest ever! We also took advantage of the rooftop hottub, which was a great way to end the day. We also were able to take advantage of their spring discount, so the price was decent. Would definitely stay here again. The only criticism is that the apartment really needed a deep clean. We mentioned it to them on checkout - very dusty under the bed, and around the vents, wall tiles etc - and hopefully they address it, it sounded like they would.
