Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Really nice service as well. The pool was lovely. The food was great as well. Toufi was super polite, helpful and welcoming. Loved the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Must visit. The island is beautiful.

Never ever go to this place... it's horrible experience that we had there...no networks also WiFi was not working properly...got so much irritated..food was also not good...it was tasteless and we suffered from food poisoning as well after having the food. The rooms are very shabby nd not tidy at all. We ordered food but they charged 20% extra on the actual price in their own premises which is not even 10-15 feet from restaurant of their own property nd said its room service charge.l have never seen such policy in any of the resorts that I have stayed before. Overpriced rooms & food...3-4 times more from actual prices. Worst experience...would never suggest this place.

High expectations killed as I entered the hotel. Check- In took around 30 to 40 minutes. Room Cooling not to the mark. Informed reception. But no change.Bathroom I had to spray deodrant. You must have got it. 🦗 Cockroach I found in the bathroom. If people have booked don't come with the expectation of 4 star of Mumbai or Delhi in mind. This is andaman 4 star. Food not tasty.

Aquays Hotel and Resort: A Disappointing Stay Aquays Hotel and Resort unfortunately fell short of expectations in several key areas. * Hygiene Issues: The most concerning issue was the lack of cleanliness. Washrooms were found to be dirty, and the swimming pool was also unhygienic. * Poor Food Quality: The buffet menu offered limited choices and the quality of the food was underwhelming. The juice served was of extremely poor quality. Additionally, the pastries were described as "life-threatening," suggesting serious concerns about their quality and safety. * Maintenance Concerns: The hotel appeared to have maintenance issues, with broken furniture and bedsheet stains observed throughout the property. Based on these experiences, it's difficult to recommend Aquays Hotel and Resort. The combination of hygiene problems, poor food quality, and maintenance issues significantly impacted the overall guest experience.

Stay was nice. Food was average could be better. It's very expensive food but taste is not good. Location is very niche in neil island. Hotel have to option for early check in because everyone come from early morning ferry. Every customer have to wait 12.00 to check in.

We had an excellent stay with great foods and ambience. Must recommend stay in Neil. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean with good facilities. The pool was a great place to enjoy with friends and family. We had Lovely experience.

The property turned out to be absolute value for money in terms of room size and comfort, excellent food including vegetarian options (albeit the prices were on a higher side), courteous and polite staff and an awesome swimming pool for in-house fun. The only gripe was the long delay in check-in process that could have been averted with additional staff at the reception area. Overall, definitely worth recommending.

Highly recommend for couples. Must try their cottage stays near the pool. Food is good and restaurant staff is also nice to guests. We booked standard room first, but then upgraded to cottage stays near the pool. Vegetarian options are less in breakfast buffet, but overall must visit place for couples.

I had booked this hotel during my Andaman trip thinking it to be a great place to stay but this turned out to be the worst in terms of my stay. The hotel is seriously short staffed and the same could be seen from the 1st step we made in it. There were so many families waiting to be checked in. It took almost 45 mins for the reception to check us in. We had requested for an upgrade and was provided with and the payment taken in advance. The room was decent sized but was smelling of being aged and the wear and tear was visible. The restaurant food is worthless and tastes nothing. The breakfast menu was same both the days with absolutely no spread and the taste was awful. Staff are helpful and try hard to make your stay comfortable but the infrastructure doesn’t allow them. The Spa was non functional. The pool is decent. I was travelling from MMT and there were some inclusions ***** with the room, which they outrightly denied saying we have no tie up. The Wi-Fi broke down twice during our stay. Rest I would like to forget my stay here. One word from my side is better avoid.There are better places than this.
