Hotel a 3 stelle a Negros Occidental

My fiancee and i like this hotel since its clean and the staff are very much accommodating.. Foods are great too... Plus its near in Sm, baywalk downtown church and in port going to manila all in walking distance only..one thing im sure is were going to go back in this hotel again and again... Thank you so much Acacia Hotel for the good accommodation that we experience during our stay there.. Godbless.....................

Abbiamo passato la notte qui, e l'esperienza è stata grande, soprattutto abbiamo bambini piccoli, hanno avuto così tanta divertimento a correre e a giocare, non hanno davvero goduto di nuotare in quel momento, perché era troppo ventoso e si sono sentiti freddi. Il posto è perfetto soprattutto per i bambini, hanno molte piscine e giocare a terra. L'alloggio è povero, il prezzo è costoso per quello che hanno offerto. La stanza è ben costruita. La porta era così rumorosa (con fogli galvanizzati), scarsa illuminazione, non pulita correttamente e ha un limite di acqua/doccia calda. La doccia si ferma, quindi siate attenti a non passare più tempo a doccia, altrimenti non si può lavare. Ristorante/alimento: hanno servito lo stesso cibo dal pranzo al pranzo. Nota: il cibo è stato esposto tutto il giorno, quello che è rimasto dopo pranzo è ancora servito per cena. Non fanno ”fabbricato per orzo” cibo tranne per sandwich, hamburger o frittelle. Il personale è amichevole. L'esperienza di prenotazione attraverso il loro sito web era ok. Un po' deluso che hanno informazioni limitate sulle loro camere. Hanno mostrato solo un numero limitato di alloggi sul loro sito web, dove si è costretti a prenotare ciò che è disponibile, ma quando li ho chiamati a cambiare la 1a stanza che ho prenotato (come il loro sito web mostrava solo una stanza disponibile) ma hanno avuto più. Mi dispiace solo di non aver fatto la prenotazione al telefono, ma pensavo che fossero completamente prenotati in quel momento, perché hanno solo camere limitate disponibili online, ma forse è stata la loro strategia di marketing, perché quando siamo li, persone molto limitate sono rimaste per la notte. Finora, la nostra esperienza è stata buona, felice di vedere i bambini divertirsi. Se stai pensando di rimanere per la notte, non aspettare molto sull'alloggio e la cena - questi sono molto fondamentali che cuocere la quantità non la qualità!

Avenue Suites is one of the most accessible accommodations in Bacolod since it's located along Lacson Street, one of the main thoroughfares of the city. Its facilities are okay, with a nice swimming pool, a small fitness center, a lovely restaurant, etc. on the ground floor. The rooms, on the other hand, were minimalist in design, with no decors whatsoever on the walls and very limited furniture, but quite spacious and with a private toilet/shower room. They're very strict with the ”no outside food and drinks to be brought into the room” policy and yet they don't even provide guests with free water. As to the toiletries, they have a shampoo/body wash dispenser fixed on the wall of the shower box and a toothbrush with some tooth paste. Nothing more. The only thing they really have to work on is the noise on the ground floor and of some guests and staff in the corridors. The rooms have very thin walls. I was on the second floor (room 212) near the stairs and the elevators and I could practically hear all the noises outside. Hence, I suggest that you avoid booking a room on the second floor near the stairs and the elevator. By the way, breakfast was okay and hotel staff were very accommodating.

I stay in hotels 200+ nights a year, both for work as a healthcare professional traveling around the U.S. and for leisure in Asia, where I live. In recent memory this is the ABSOLUTE WORST hotel that I have stayed in. Saying it is HORRIBLE is not an apt description. Think worse, MUCH WORSE. Staff were rude, insolent, indifferent and were the least representative of ”hospitality” that you could imagine. My wife and I were traveling separately because I was flying back home from the U.S. and she was coming from up island. We normally stay in a much better hotel each time I get back from an overseas contract, but our usual hotel was booked out. The hotel looked ”okay” on the website. Not in real life. Despite numerous emails and texts, one that very morning, about my wife arriving ahead of me and occupying the room the front desk staff made her sit in the lobby for 2+ hours because the room was ”Not ready”. The only thing that would have made this room ready was a wrecking ball. This hotel has set a new sub-standard of excellence. If you lowered the bar any further a snake couldn't slither under it. Grime, filth, rust, the bathroom vent fan hanging out of the ceiling, the room ”safe”, a shoebox sized box, didn't work, but no worries, it had been ripped from the wall previously, so you could just carry it with you under one arm. Just getting into the room was an adventure as the entry tile was buckled so that you couldn't open the entry door completely. You couldn't open the adjacent closet door either, but that really didn't matter since this hotel does not provide hangers. Really. No hangers. The pool, viewed from our room, might have been inviting to cool off, if it hadn't been for the lovely ”Frog Pond Green” hue of the water. We asked for extra towels and an extra pillow. Those come at a cost. The next day housekeeping took the clean (extra) towels out of the room, but left the dirty ones on the floor. Then the front desk called and said that we needed to pay the ”daily rental” for the extra pillow. Otherwise they would be sending someone up to collect it. After the 2nd night we'd had enough. Really, we would have shifted sooner but I was jet lagged from 30 hours of transit from the U.S. back home and, really, could it get any worse? Well, yes. Day 2 I awoke to find a construction worker on the access balcony outside our room's window. At 0605 hours. Peering in. Silly me. We were on the 4th floor, why did I need to worry about drawing the drapes. He smiled and waved. This would be a great place to stash your hated mother-in-law, worst enemy or evil boss. The staff seem to be taking their hospitality cues from binge-watching the PURGE movie series. The ONLY redeeming factor is the SM Mall located about 0.3 km away. So, you can always look forward to shopping. Like I said, the WORST hotel experience in memory. We fled. There are a few decent hotels in Bacolod. This is NOT one of them. Stay clear and far awa

I’ve personally been staying at the circle inn, in Bacolod since 2011, every year I come back it still has its nice homely charm. The staff are amazing, some have been here since my first stay. The food is great and nice selection. As a Canadian it’s nice to see pancakes on the menu. Very quiet place rest up with comfy beds.
