Absolutely amazing hotel, its new and modern, its connected to the SM mall its a dream. Jerome was excellent same with Nars too. These two were excellent. Breakfast was top notch. Really excellent experience especially 2nd floor bar next to the pool, drinks flowing. what more can i say? Excellent hotel.

Expensive for what you got. The room was boring. The food was expensive at the hotel. You were not allowed to bring water or anything else. Have staying at better hotels for half the price. Gets 4 out of 10 from us

La camera era spaziosa, la colazione era diffusa, il personale era gentile e cortese, la piscina al tetto era grande per nuotare, ma potevano prolungare il tempo. Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e il massaggio era qualcosa da tornare!

È stato un buon soggiorno!Riprenderà.Così tranquillo.

Location is good as it is in the city proper - situated beside the famous capitol lagoon and just few walks away from Ayala mall. The room is just the right size - not too spacious though but has the basics- study table, kettle, fridge, hot shower is also availbale but not hot enough. Staffs are good and very courteous and attentive. Breakfast buffet is available and has a wide variety of food - also changes menu for the next days which is good. Their hot chocolate is creamy and not too sweet which is also good. They have a pool available in the 2nd floor, also a gym and spa area. Also, one of the higlights will be the rooftop bar where you can chill with their classic and signature cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. It also has a good view of the capitol lagoon especially at night. Overall a good experience, we were just not approved for a 3-hour late check out even if we are willing to pay. Have not seen much people checking-in that day as it is a Monday so not sure if they are fully fully booked for that day.

Very accommodating staffs. Truly a people with SMILES. We slept well and feels home. 😍👌
