I decided to try this hotel again because the location was close to the port. While I found it better than my last visit it was still not on par with the best hotels in Bacolod. The good: - The hotel is clean - being attached to the SM Mall with lots of choices for food and shopping was great - Sleep quality was acceptable - water pressure in the shower was great The bad - breakfast was especially bad. No bacon, no egg station, the only juice was calamari’s- how do you provide a breakfast buffet in a tropical country with no mango or pineapple juice??? The coffee and tea is serve yourself. This simply does not compare to the breakfast buffets at the better hotels in Bacolod . The no longer provide individually bottled water in the room. Instead it’s a large bottle that at least in my room was not marked as filtered, so I went out and bought water. - overall the feel is as though they are trying to get by on the cheap. The low quality desk chair, lack of individuality bottled water, poor quality towels, etc. all lead to this feel It’s not bad, just not worth the price. There are much better options in Bacolod for less money

One goes to a place, with certain expectations, based on what you see in pictures posted in sites and feedback from personal friends who have gone to the place - such was the bases of our decision to book in Nabulao Beach & Dive Resort. The place looked good. The grounds upkeep did not disappoint. The flora was very nice, providing very calming green surroundings. The beach front has lounging chairs - sounds of the wind and the ebbing tide - peace and quiet...i.e. if a big LGU (local government unit) group have not booked the same days you have. Apparently this is a resort popular for conferences and meetings. Major downsides! Be ready to have No Service (globe or smart) and no internet connections in the rooms. Be ready to be disconnected and be off the grid! The resort staff advised us that to be able to be connected to Globe we have to position ourselves in the beachfront. To also have internet, even if you have data, one is also expected to do the same. Apparently, this is a problem of the whole place. Sipalay & Hinobaan are places with very poor internet. Definitely these are not places you can go to for workation! If you are expected to WFA (Work From Anywhere) this is not your go to place. To have cable TV in the rooms, the system is that they put in a ”load” for the use of guests. Unfortunately for us, the cable TV in our room had ”No Load”. The combination of no internet and no cable is not good at all when there is nothing else to do. The pools were not clean. We were told that chemicals for the pool were ordered but have not arrived. The beach is not ”swim-able”! Sand mites in these parts are vicious. Adding to this are the stray dogs, cats, chickens! The staff were very polite and listened to our concerns. However, they seemed not capable to act on some of our concerns immediately - perhaps not empowered enough by management to address guests' complaints. For example, changing our towels which were full of holes and for sure have seen better days. With a little pressure, on our 2nd & last day, they gave us a new room with cable connection and better looking towels. The staff being nice certainly made up for the difficulties experienced. But I still am not changing my Poor Rating.

L' Fisher Hotel in Negros Occidental-- is a family- friendly itbwas a great place for travellers. This relax hotel in downtown Bacolod City.. 8 minute walk from the Negros Museaum 2 km from Bacolod Public Plaza fantastic hotel. Room & suite is very comportable to stay a relaxing to stay . Peaceful. Quiet with a nice bedroom and curtain with a beautiful window view...the hotel has a descent coffee shop. And a japanese grill - and a 24- hour International eatery.. they had a rooftop pool . It is a nice to drinks coffee there to watch all around the stunning views..food is elegance super delicious freshly salad and vegetables to served. Good for appetite and health...5he meeting facilities room is elegant very greatful.. and a loving staff is supportive....

La valutazione che mi precede non può essere in alcun caso per questo splendido resort situato su una piccola isola direttamente sulla spiaggia. Ci sono stati probabilmente chi è andato via! Ci siamo sentiti raramente così bene e abbiamo avuto così tanto divertimento. Specialmente durante le nostre escursioni con Detlef (detentore) una volta sull'isola e 1× per fare shopping su Negros. I piccoli bungalow sono molto belli. Il cibo è molto delizioso e dolcemente preparato. Il massaggio è molto consigliabile. La base di immersione è ben organizzata. Il personale è sempre competente, amichevole e utile. È parlato in inglese e in tedesco. Era una vacanza di successo, anche se a causa del cattivo tempo che purtroppo ha dovuto scomporre una o altre immersioni. Spero che tutti voi siate bene e ci vediamo tutti in buona salute e felice!

Amo quanto la mia stanza fosse pulita, spero che le nuove mutandine non fossero abbastanza fluffy. Ho avuto un buon sonno, tuttavia, il personale era anche piacevole. Amo i K9 denominati wattatops. Vorrei anche suggerire di aggiungere un'occhiata al vostro cereale per colazione e più opzioni alimentari per il buffet.

While the hotel boasts beautiful interiors, the service is a major fail! On the second day of my stay, I took the initiative to remind the staff about our request for extra beds, which I had already made upon check-in. I came back to hotel at 2pm to remind front desk. However, despite my efforts, the beds were still not set up by 6 pm. So once again we reminded the front swak as my kids had a delayed flight, and we wanted the beds ready after dinner. We reiterated our request multiple times throughout the day. Yet, to my dismay, upon returning from dinner at 8:30 pm, the beds remained unprepared and not even seen in the room. To add to the frustration, the front desk girl named Ann told us the delay to our supposed indecision regarding a breakfast package in connection to the extra bed. The breakfast-inclusive package or not should have had no bearing on the timely setup of our beds. We also had requested before we left the room that our safe was not in working condition and if they would be able to repair or replace. Upon returning after dinner - no action had been made. Safe still busted. Worst of all after a very tiring day at 10:45pm music is blaring loudly one floor above us on the 5th. They didnt even warn us of an event ongoing. We would have never checked in if we were told ahead of time that there would be disturbing music all night long. Such a disappointment! Glaring difference between the hotel's impressive aesthetics and its operational inefficiency. Basic guest comfort and service is soooo lacking.

Service and facilities were excellent! Love their breakfast buffet. We celebrated my partner's birthday here and we regret nothing. Kudos to the staff who made a surprise greetings to the celebrant.
