The room is big and clean. Hotel breakfast choice is variety and delicious. This was my second time stay at this hotel. Will always be my first choice hotel stay at Seremban.

Overall the stay was ok. Room is a bit old, maybe due to room carpet looks old. Bed is comfortable.
I book the room for 1 adult and 2 kids with free breakfast but when entry time, they want me to pay RM 25 for another kid. I thought when i key in all details, it should be all included.
Breakfast buffet is normal variety.
My kids like the swimming pool and on weekend, there is a lot kids in the morning.

Overall quite satisfied with the stay, will definitely come back if visit seremban. Only things need to take note and improve is the bfast choice of food and the taste as it is just average abit below expectations for this hotel. In room dining maybe can add some kids meal and start early for the ordering time at 10.30am or 11am instead of 12pm. Housekeeping should take note on the linen, pillow case / bedsheets got unpleasant smell. All this is small matter can be improve, hope next visit will be great. Kids is enjoying the pool, its great place for family to have fun. Good location, convenient basement car park. Room have 2 bath towel only, no hand, face towel.

Rooms wre very big and good water pressure was good. Maybe the rooms need a little refurbishment overall ok considering its age. Breakfast buffet was acceptable. I saw several hotel guests using their hands to take the croissant 🥐 and ikan bilis for Nasi lemak which was disgusting. Hotel breakfast has room improvement I just stayed at royal chulan Penang last week and there was aa stark difference in food quality and also variety of food provided at both establishments

It was a great short staycation. We enjoyed it very much. The room was really spacious. We even got ourselves a room facing the pool.

Terrible day trip at Royale Chulan Seremban.
Request extra bed will not be entertaining when you call in or special request when you make a booking.
Check in and pay in counter said extra bed will only be ready after 8pm. When return back to hotel 11pm+ still need to make a call reminder the staff to send me the extra bed.
I pay extra bed for RM92 in total. But I had to keep reminder the staff send me the towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and etc. So annoying!!!
End up I just get an extra bed only and nothing. Excuse due to events and lack of staffs to accommodate large crowds.
This is unacceptable!!! Check in counter already inform my car plate number and I still get stuck in car park as the system did not link one another.
I had to call and reminder the staff to release me from the car park. Who compensates my lose and care of my feeling.

Hotel is big with good service but room decoration is old. the nightmare is the mattress which can't let you sleep as it twists your body.
