Everytime we visit this beautiful hotel, it looks even more impressive than the time before. As you enter the hotel, the floral displays over the two fireplaces are stunning. I was told that they are all created by the owner Mary. Marys attention to detail with the interior decor, floral displays and wedding venue dressing examples, we recently saw at the wedding fayre held in February. Seeing the work that she puts in, makes it easy to understand why this is an excellent choice of venue for anyone to hold their wedding ceremony. My partner and I have been lucky to visit this stunning hotel on a few occasions now, as we know what to expect regarding the service and welcome at the Bron Eifion, so its a no brainer for us. The bar is well stocked and the advice given on which 'gin' or 'wine' to try is gratefully accepted. The food is always freshly cooked and delicious. We chose the beef and salmon during our stay and they were both equally delicious. The pavlova (a desset favourite of mine) was to die for. My partner and I stayed in Room 3, overlooking the hotels beautiful grounds and the sea. The bed is large, very comfortable and the room really spacious. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order, and the service from Diane was both efficient and friendly. It was only a short visit this time as we wanted to see Penryn castle but found it closed during this month, so will return. The standard of cleanliness, delicious food and excellent service are what we look for on our trips. As usual Bron Eifion, you didn't disappoint, so thank you for a enjoyable stay and we will see you soon.
