We hebben 1 nacht verbleven in deze b&b en we zijn heel tevreden. Alles was proper, kamer voldoende groot met ruimtelijk gevoel. Ruime badkamer met toilet en ligbad. Producten van Rituals aanwezig. Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en lekker vers. De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk.

Heel rustige en mooie locatie. Bij aankomst was het wat zoeken en wachten voor incheck door een misverstand bij receptie (was onbemand en mijn sleutel lag niet klaar, toch na telefonisch overleg opgelost). Mooie nette kamer, super lekker ontbijt - vooral de verse fruitsla was vers en heerlijk. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug om ook de omgeving te verkennen.

Ci si aspettava di più, le immagini se pur veritiere lasciavano pensare ad una sistemazione più di alto livello, si pensa forse alla villa padronale (ma non era in effetti specificato) , la stanza però, ad esempio, aveva l’ingresso diretto sulla sala della colazione situata nella dependance e la doccia era in realtà posizionata nella vasca da bagno con la tenda.
Detto questo ci siamo trovati benino e il personale incontrato si è dimostrato premuroso.

Nice room, shame about the service
Service problems. Staff forget my breakfast. Didn't get any help on transport ie they didn't know how i was to get to a place 5km away. No servicing off bedroom over a six night stay.

A hidden gem
Fab location lovely room amazingly comfortable bed - breakfast cooked to order - all staff very friendly, efficient and a delight to deal with.

This place is very special, it is in a great location and very close to nature. Whilst walking in the nature reserve it is very easy to get completely away from modern day life.
The accommodation is very comfortable and secure with a good breakfast.
This is our second visit and will not be our last.

Stayed at this property several times over the last 10 years. It was always special and a bit of a gem. So I was surprised to see it looking so unloved and tired this time. There has been a recent change of staff which is a shame as Olaf and partner were lovely. Never mind I suppose all good things come to an end.I still have fond memories but don’t feel that I could recommend at the moment.

Although a little remote, the Barons was quite lovely. Very quiet and for us commutable to Leuven. Comfy clean beds and a nice en suite. Self service breakfast was continental in style but sufficient. The grounds of the Barons and woodland next door was lovely. The cafe up the road nice and De Kroon is a must do.
