Ho soggiornato qui diverse volte quest'anno e rispetto ad altri siti di Residence Inn, questo si sente come un passo in avanti. Tutto è ben progettato e tenuto bene pulito. Il personale è gentile se non tutti più amichevole e accogliente. Il mio soggiorno nel maggio 2023 è stato purtroppo puntato da un forte colpo sul pavimento sopra di me alle 5 e non sono sicuro se fosse stato il personale dell'hotel a uscire una tonnellata di forniture di custodia o qualcuno che faceva esercizi aerobici o cosa, E quando ero troppo stanco per chiamare il desk front. In ogni caso, questo è ora il mio andare all'hotel quando sono nella zona e sarò di nuovo presto.

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for about a week during which time we were accused of smoking on the premises when neither my wife or I smoke first it went from the alarm went off to housekeeping and staff walked by and smells a strong odor coming from the room to then it be a supervisor walking by and smelling a strong odor and then when we finally said, please come in because we don’t smoke and they saw that we had the window open. It turned into all we had a security guard that walked by and Shasha buddy, hanging out the window and smoking if which, if that was the case I’m sure they would have led with that rather than give us the eight other excuses first , furthermore, if Security actually saw somebody hanging out the window smoking, I’m sure we would’ve gotten an immediate phone call from the front desk regarding the danger of somebody hanging out the window and the fact that they don’t allow smoking on the premises. It is my opinion as my wife’s as well with the only reason that they continuously said these things was to try and get us to leave early so that they could rent the room out to somebody at full price because we were getting the room at a discounted rate. Disappointing to be treated like you’re less of a customer because you use one of these third-party applications the gentleman at the front desk was very hospitable. However, everybody else is there was extraordinarily disrespectful as a complete and utter opposite.
