Ramada alleppy Hotel Loved the hospitality and the great service. Every staffs are well trained and were excellent in their duties especially athul and vasudev from housekeeping both are very friendly Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Ramada by Wyndham, never thought this would be my nicest stay ever. I stayed with my family for 2 days for a vacation. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit back water. The check in procedure was too fast Mr. Sreenath understood our tiredness and escorted to our room. Once we entered the room, my wife was to happy, the view of the rooms were awesome. Room was clean and tidy even the housekeeping staffs were great at virtue, they keep wishing us everytime they see us. Especially athul, vasudev, Joseph, shymal, subindra, krithyatha. Room quality was good, it was very peaceful and relaxing stay overall, the amenities were so qualified. Bathroom were so clean, it was 24hrs hot water supply. Overall it was a special and memorable stay ever so for in my life. Special thanks to Mr. Renjith who helped us for booking and stood through out the stay, he was very kind and keep looking and playing with my daughter. We would definitely visit again if we come Alleppey again. Keep doing ur great work....

Excellent views from room window. Very nice and comfortable for senior citizens like us to spend leisure time. Staff members are very polite and helping. They are ever ready to cooperate and help. Rooms are well kept and food is hygienic. Overall it is a good place to stay in Alleppy.

I was regretting my decision as soon as I took my 1st step inside the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in India and abroad. Ramada Alleppey is without doubt the most hideous hotel we have ever stayed. The decor is loud and of cheap quality. Whoever did the interiors must not have finished a proper school where they lack basic ideas of aesthetics. Even in the lift the video playing in loop is cheesy and not something I would relate to a brand like Ramada. The entire property seems to be falling over due to lack of proper maintenance. Only plus with this property is its location, view of the lake and decent service. Personally this was my 1st stay in a Ramada property and for sure I will think 100 times before I ever stay in a Ramada property. Dirty outdated bathroom fittings, floor, towels. Had to request additional cleaning but that didn't help a lot as the floors and fittings are stained due to years of poor maintenance. Creaking floor with very cheap quality flooring. The walls of the room were hideous, with un-matching glossy laminates lacking finesse, extremely poor quality furnitures, creaking bed, even the eyehole in the door was not matching with the next room. It was a mistake to book this hotel. Whoever did the interiors of this hotel has never been to a design school as they lack the basics. If you really care about your hard earned money and appreciate aesthetics then please stay away from this hotel.

I have visited Ramada few days back and it was a nice experience. The food and accomadation was top notch and me and family was well impressed. The front office staff especially Nicy she is very cooperative and explains very thing impressively

Recently we stayed in the property it was beautiful the lake side room view amazing, we enjoyed chineese dishes in restaurent its really delicious All dept employees are very good behave and supportive reception staffs helped us for our check in and check out procedure thank you nicy and fathima for your special attention

We had an excellent days in Ramada and it was a relaxing staycation for me and my family. The ambiance was soo relaxing.They maintained a good quality in food and staff was well trained. Front office staff Nicy was with us and provide details regarding the property also shylan is good person
