aircondition donot work properly.hot water is available only on demand.water leakage in rooms and toilets during rain.hotel guys make promises which they donot fulfill many times.you will not get overall comfort.However behaviour of hotel guys are goodbevause they donot have much to offer

Great place.....spent a night here .......on the way to Munnar.....staff is amazing...restaurant staff too...had a great time...ten minutes from the airport.........shall visit again for sure.,..........................thank u

I had a cancelled flight of Air India and v were given this hotel. We spent a night at this hotel and it was close to being to hell and back. Staff just doesn’t care about anything you ask. I have uploaded pics that will show the putrid state of the rooms. Not even a glass or bottle was kept in the hotel. When asked for a kettle and tea bag they took two hours after I went to the reception and requested for the same.Furthermore there were cockroaches in the room. AC in both the rooms that were given to us were barely working . Food was pathetic too. I have stayed in 40 countries including some small nations in Africa but this goes down as my worst experience ever. Do anything stay on the road maybe or a lodge but just avoid this place .

The hotel is very good. Staffs are quite supportive. However, their policy of not allowing outside food and not enough options inhouse is really challenging. Adding to that kitchen closes early. Except that the stay was fine. I really request the management to take necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Nice Hospitality, the receptionist Mohita was very good and clear. Very Good overall. The hotel staff was good. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Over all good experience, the room was quite big amenities were limited but ok, bathroom needs to undergo renovation, rest all was perfect, nice and friendly staffs, close to airport, affordable pricing what else need for a guest who need to catch flight

We had someone named Sonam biswakarma as our attended and she was extremely meticulously in ger services and open hearted. We appreciate her welcoming heart. The service great. We had logged and then on our experience was great. We hadn't had an issue with any sections. Over all it was a great stay.

The food was very nice and the service given by My service attentand Ms. Mousumi Ghosh was very kind and helpful. Lunch and dinner menu is full of variety. And every bit of my stay. As a couple we got more than expectations. Gobhi manchurian was good.
