A limpeza do hotel deixou a desejar, fomos tomar café e tinha cabelos nos pratos além dos talheres estarem gorduroso e com resto de comida, as toalhas de banho estavam com mal cheiro, e o nosso banheiro bem sujo, além do atraso do café da manhã que foi bem chato, ficamos 3 dias e os 3 dias atrasou a comida onde prejudicou o horário de saída para os meus tours pois tive que atrasar o horário de marcado com o meu guia, por conta disso! Os meninos do café foram muito mal educados, ficavam gritando uns com os outros e quando íamos pedir algo faziam com má vontade. O único que nos tratou bem foi o senhor da recepção que foi muito gentil conosco! No geral a experiência foi ok porque só ficamos no hotel para dormir e tomar café.

Hotel room is lovely, we stayed in a family suite which essentially an apartment, clearly has recently had some good investment as it was new and clean and well designed. A wonderful little sanctuary after being out in the craziness that is Giza. There is obviously a fantastic view of the pyramids here and was one of our main motivations for choosing this hotel. One evening we stayed in the hotel for dinner and the pyramid light show. Food was good but would say it was on the pricier side for what we expected for Egypt at around 4000 Egyptian Pounds for the 4 of us, but obviously we are paying for the convenience of eating in our hotel too. The room had information about a laundry service (we did not use so I can't comment on this service) and there are house rules and general information which is quite helpful. Tea and kettle in the room and water was in the fridge on arrival. Breakfast is a cold breakfast, but a big variety including fries, eggs, breads and vegetables. The omelette station was hit and miss with the staff member ignoring my child so we just didn't ask again. Reception staff and the manager are very helpful and kind. WiFi was really reliable. We had some experience of staff trying to upsell constantly, for example breakfast comes with one coffee or tea but we were asked if we wanted to buy a latte or cappuccino instead. However, this seems to be the norm for Egypt. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

It was a great experience with an excellent view of pyramid and talso very good service They have magnificent ideas for the tour in Egypt by showing places to visit and best restaurants. I am very happy to accommodate their for a very special 4 days
