We absolutely loved it — everything was thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest details, and the care put into everything was truly felt. For example, we visited on a weekday and were almost the only guests, yet all the facilities were fully available: a campfire was lit so we could sit by it and roast marshmallows (they even provide marshmallows and sticks for free), and the hot tubs were heated throughout the evening in case someone wanted to take a dip without having to wait. It was important for us that the room was warm, and the heater worked perfectly — we never felt cold. The rooms are gorgeous, with a very cozy and comfortable bed, plenty of space to unpack, and a shower with three settings and hot water. I also want to highlight the incredibly pleasant scent of eucalyptus and wood that fills the rooms, the entire hotel area, and the eucalyptus grove along the way to the hotel. The staff is very friendly, and the service is at a high level. I 100% recommend this hotel.

We made a side trip and one night stop at this unique small lodge with individual cabanas, a lovely dining room and interesting public spaces. The hospitality was wonderful and attentive. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. I would love to return again to enjoy the area.

Greeted nicely (but they forgot the "welcome drink") provided with a nice room, but it looked out at the parking lot and was near the main walkway...so had to keel the blinds down. The location was amazing with beautiful views of the ocean from high on a hill, with two pools (not heated) and hot tubs, a small bar, lounge area, both outdoor chess and checker boards, and a lovely restaurant with amazing food (and live entertainment at dinner). The only real issue was we had no hot water for out showers.

Beautiful resort, cozy, elegant with a modern flair! Everything you need or you didn't know you want, is here! Beautiful pools overlooking the Pacific ocean, hot tubs to soak in while the sun sets, a fire pit to keep warm in the cold winters, or to tell stories around it ! A lot of spaces in or outside, to lose time in, have a drink, read a book, or gaze at the waters around! The restaurant is beautifully decorated with good food and amazing music! The hotel has good infrastructure, excellent design, comfortable rooms, but the restaurant service is only average to poor. The white wine was lukewarm, the main course was inedible, and when it was changed, it was served with excess oil and was also not good. It's really a pitty
