Coastal grand holidays & resorts claim huge investments from innocent public upon conducting campaigns at various hotels & defraud consumers of their hard earned money upon providing membership packages for 1/3/5/10 years apart from a campaign offer. Once the consumers make the payment on good faith, the sales team/customer relation manager seldom pick their calls either for making further enquires or reservations. They shall be strictly held liable on the charges of deficiency in service & cheating. They refrain from refunding the membership payment citing unreasonable grounds despite their inefficiency to serve. I strongly suggest the public not to fall prey to their deceptive campaigns/meetings/advertisements.

Excellent place , clean and tidy rooms , Food was excellent , stayed in the cottage close by to the swimming pool and private sit out was great
