ottimo hotel, personale molto gentile, camere e locali comuni ben tenuti e puliti , anche la zona benessere molto pulita. Per la cena servono porzioni piccole , ma si può ordinare quante volte si vuole. Colazione a buffet ben fornita sia di dolce che salato. ottima anche la posizione vicino al lago di resia

Ottima struttura, anche se le camere sono un po' datate sono tuttavia comode e in ordine. La pulizia è Ok, la colazione al mattino è SUPER. Noi abbiamo usufruito del servizio di mezza pensione quindi anche la cena ci ha soddisfatto. Le porzioni sono piccole ma si puo' prenderne quante si vuole. Ottima la piscina sul tetto della struttura e quella interna. Le saune ci hanno soddisfatto (vapore, infrarossi, aromatica). Cordiale il servizio in generale. Posizione OK con un bel panorama che circonda la struttura. Distanza dall'Italia 8 minuti in auto

Soggiornato per una sola notte. Hotel molto bello e inserito in un paesaggio stupendo. La camera che ci hanno dato era un pò datata come arredamento, ma aveva un piccolo soggiorno e terrazzo. Ottima la colazione . Tutto ok.

The breakfast is amazing. Even the meats are freshly cut. The wellness areas are superb. They are new clean and offer breathtaking views. Bed and mattress are to be replaced immediately. We slept very bad and we both had back pain every day. We complained about this after the first night, but nothing was done about it. When checking out we mentioned this again and we were told that the rooms are scheduled to be updated, like some of the other parts in the hotel. Also the curtains were incorrectly placed. We noticed this late in the evening, but reception and maintenance staff was already gone. The restaurant manager came to our rescue and fixed it and reported it. The next day in the afternoon someone from the house keeping staff had switched it back again, so we had to get somebody to get it changed AGAIN. Food in the restaurant and bar was expensive and honestly not very good.

We had completed a 10-hour journey. After a delicious dinner, we went to the room around 8 p.m. The music from the hotel's après-ski bar was already quite loud. At the front desk they had no alternative room available . In the end, no one from the front desk was there after 10pm. The music went louder and louder, Finally at 3.00 I went outside myself to demand that the music be turned down. What a terrible start to the vacation, loud bass and very loud music and no one to help me. Spoke to the hotel manager the next day and finally got the night back at my own request. Too bad I had to indicate this solution myself. Furthermore, little came from the hotel in terms of apologies, while money can never be the goal.

This was our third visit to Mein Almhof and it was great! Great location, great food and great staff. What more to ask for? We'll certainly come back! Ok, the room we stayed in was perhaps not the most modern, but everything was clean and spacious.

Great place , fabolous food, so kind staff, great rooms and locations - fabulous view. Everything was perfect. We will for sure come back👍😀 We really enjoyed everything - nice and quiet place - so relaxing. Especially the morning breakfast is wonderful 👍 The sky pool could have been a little more warm😀 and more lighting in the dark. - but still perfect

Amazing place, hidden gem! We could not believe how nice the rooms and facilities were. Perfect location for families, a ski shop attached, beautiful warm pool and spa area, great gym, can walk one minute to multiple restaurants or enjoy the food here. The staff was exceptional.

The hotel is really really nice and has a very nice SPA. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional. The breakfast buffet is very reach and the dinner is basically a very high quality all you can eat with very fine dishes.
