Welcoming hotel in charming glacier/alpine place... owner & Swiss Lausanne trained hotelier plus Italian maitre d and chef really make this place in Valais exceptional. Human touch ! Rare these days !

It's hard to explain how special this place is. The view, the a**osphere, the staff, the food...there is no other little piece of heaven like this that I've ever seen. The staff really are fantastic and made our week so lovely. The skiing was amazing, the chef is so talented, and we really enjoyed our time in the spa taking in the mountains from the hot tubs. All I can say is thank you to everyone at Hamilton Lodge for giving us such a memorable experience.

Great place to stay in a comfortable hotel direct at the piste! Service is great with outdoor wellness etc. Ski area is limited but 15 min away from Riederalp/Bet**erAlp. Recommend to stay, great owners with a big heart for hospitality! Dogs are welcome!

Hamilton Lodge is like something out of a fairy tale. Everything you think of as a luxury mountain home as a child. Service from caring people. Delicious food. A warm cost open hearth. Oh abs the spa with its wonderful view. The caring owner arranged a masseuse to come for us. This is a unique experience.

We were a big group of friends staying at Hamilton Lodge, which offered us the most perfect stay at beautiful Belalp. The location is the best, close to the chair lift, school and equipment rental shop. The rooms offer a cousy stay with a great view from the balcony. The restaurant service was impecable, delicious food and great service, which always adapeted to changes in schedule for such a big group like ours ( around 20p). The cosy living room with a fireplace and a piano alowded us to enjoy a great evening, while playing and singing together. The Spa offered more than expected, between sauna and several outdoor pools. The hostes are incredible people and will always try to make your stay the best possibile ever! We will come back as a group next year and certainly some of us with family or even for a romantic getaway! PS: All necessary measure against Covid were taken into account at our arrival and stay.

One of the best places to stay and enjoy the amazing mountain a**osphere in Belalp, Switzerland. We were around 20 people and they've managed us amazingly. The food is great, the hosts were super friendly and very attentious with everything. The rooms were cozy and vintage oriented..and the views in the morning...what a pleasure! We had a great experience: we danced, smiled, we felt in love, just like being at home. We'll book again for sure, I've never felt I could have such welcome place around.

We booked and stayed at Hamilton Lodge the 19-22 December. Ursula answered all my emails right away, booked our spa dates and a personal massage. The room was large, comfortable beds and fantastic views. The food was varied- lovely salads, pasta dishes and the staff accommodated our vegan requests and needs. Such an incredible get-away!

My positive experience started already at the check-in. Very friendly people and free pick-up of my luggage from the cable car depot. (free service also for cable car itself). Wonderful view over the range of 4000m-mountains is at walking distance. As no cars are allowed, quite and relaxing time is guaranteed. Central positioning allows to visit Zermatt and Saas-Fee. Nice and charming dining room, great food and cosy open fire. cosy rooms with terrace and with fantastic view. Excellent food and overwelming breakfast. My 4th visit only surprised me in the positive way. Bonne continuation.

We went there after a long day hiking. We were the first quests in the restaurant. The woman behind the bar didn’t greet us. So we waited. The waitress came and gave us a table. She was friendly though. We ordered 2 sodas and spareribs. The spareribs were tasteless. Just cooked meat. The salad wasn’t a salad and the fries were to salted. It was pretty expensive for the food you get. 77.40 Frank. So, we won’t go back. There are better places on the Belalp.
