The hotel is very well located near restaurants and shops.
Izac at the reception & Emanoel & Eleonor at the breakfast were very attentive & effiecient.
I would stay at the Majestic on my next stay

A few bumps on the road at check in, but the attentiveness of the staff smoothed things nicely. The decor is unusual and makes a nice change

Beautiful hotel, great location but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

We got back to the hotel late at night after a busy day to find our room locked. Staff said I had only booked for 4 nights so they had to lock. I showed my 5 nights reservation and the door was unlocked. Just to find our room that had not been clean. Very stressful situation. We asked for clean towels. Mistakes like this should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Asked for a drink and they had already closed the bar? At 9:00 pm?. Will not stay there again.

This hotel is calm, although it is located in the center of the famous beach, Ponta Negra. The breakfast is nice. The furniture is classic. The staffs are kind and helpful. I will stay at the hotel at the next time also.

Um hotel maravilhoso! Atendentes nota 10! Café excelente! A camareira Sandra é um amor, arruma com tanto carinho que todos os dias tem um desenho que ela faz com toalhas (coração, laços, cachorros… minha filha amou!). Não vão se arrepender!
