Hotel in zona Fuego Beach 1, Nasugbu

La mia seconda casa a Matabungkay e io li do più di 200% di un servizio eccellente. Siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questo resort. Da quando siamo arrivati fino a quando siamo partiti, siamo stati trattati molto bene come una famiglia. Tutti, come in lettera, hanno sempre assicurato che avessimo tutto quello che ci serviva. Tutti i dipendenti erano molto utili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. ci hanno fornito tutto quello che avevamo bisogno anche prima di chiederle. grazie speciali a Sir Joel na sobrang ospitando insieme :). Sto pianificando di tornare presto. - Signor Presidente, signore.

La sala è spaziosa, dispone di una piccola sala con TV e cavo. Una tavola rotonda con 2 posti. Una lunga tavola marmo e un mini-ref e, ovviamente, un bagno e un bagno. Ho chiesto un letto di dimensioni reali, ma la più grande è una regina. Le strutture o, se non posso dire, la stanza non è stata mantenuta. C'è rottura di piccolo cemento sul bagno di bagno che cade dal tetto. La copertura superiore del gabinetto è sporca. Non c'è tenore di shampoo/sappone all'interno del doccia. Il doccia ha costruito calcio acqua. Incoerenza sul doccia calda. Anche se si mette a calore, dopo un minuto, l'acqua diventa fredda, quindi si deve aspettare di nuovo l'acqua per diventare calda. Il bagno è un po' profumo. Come non era asciugato sotto il sole dopo il lavaggio. Poco connessione internet. Nessun telefono, è necessario chiamare la ricezione via telefono cellulare. Ci sono numero di attività che si può fare in hotel. Si deve pagare però, ma il prezzo non è costoso. Il personale è amichevole e ospitante. Mangiamo al loro ristorante italiano. Il salmone è supercotto e il pollo è asciutto. È necessario migliorare le loro capacità di cucina. Durante il colazione, l'hotel non è così rigorosamente attuando la distanza sociale e indossando una maschera. Dovrebbe essere, si indossa la maschera quando si ottiene cibo alla tavola di buffet e rimuoverla quando si siede e mangia sulla tavola di cena. Spero che migliorino l'attuazione del protocollo di salute. Hanno anche un bagno e una piscina interna per chi ha voluto avere un massaggio.

Siamo venuti qui per la seconda volta, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto buona, di fronte al Lago Taal, molto tranquilla. Fuori dall'hotel ci sono i catering Starbucks. Quando andava bene, ho dimenticato di fare le foto. altamente raccomandato.

Rooms are small but very clean. Bed and pillows are comfy. Wifi strong inside room and lobby. Staff are friendly. Sweet Haven restaurant and Bella Pizza inside the compound is highly recommended. Didn’t get to try the pool, is was kinda small considering its for both the hotel and the residences. There were a lot of people swimming then. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel. Thank you. We had a very pleasant stay.

Have been traveling throughout SE Asia for the past month and a half and have stayed in a variety of hotels, but this place takes last place so far. Upon checking in, we were shown to a room with a kitchenette - Room E (not that we needed it, but that's all that was available when booked). There was a fridge, a microwave and a sink and not much else. Plenty of cabinet and counter top space, but no way to cook anything. Not sure why they were so excited about the kitchenette. It was a nice sized room, but the smell of urine and sewage from the bathroom was overwhelming. Really tried to deal with it, but when the wi-fi wasn't working, had to inform the front desk agent. She came to the room and agreed it smelled bad and immediately moved us to another room by the front entrance - Room B, which we appreciated. Wifi worked there also as we were so close to the front desk. Only issue was we had to move to a different room after 2 nights as Room B was booked. No biggie. We moved to Room H (I think) which is further down the hill and one of two rooms directly below a very nice look out pavilion. The room was much cleaner than our original room and smelled as though they used a gallon of bleach to clean the bathroom so we opened the front door and the balcony door to air it out. Front desk brought a wifi box for us, but it only worked occasionally. The water pressure was terrible in the bathroom sink and the shower and the water temperature in the shower changed from hot to cold to hot no matter what setting you had it on. Quite the showering experience. The wall between this room and the one next door was so thin, we could hear the conversations in the next room. Further, whoever decided to build two guest rooms under the lookout pavilion needs to be fired. Guests were going up there at 6am and running around with kids and created so much noise, we had to go out and ask them to be considerate of those sleeping. There was also construction noise at 10pm on a Saturday evening - drilling and hammering - appears some kind of a new structure was being built just down the hill. Perhaps construction could be done during daytime hours?? At check out, we were quite surprised to learn we were charged 50 pesos for a bucket of ice. Not too worried about the 50 pesos, but being told there was a small charge would have been appropriate at the time of ordering. The agent at check out seemed to care less about it and continued to press for final payment. The views are also not quite as advertised. While you CAN see the Lake, it would be best described as a ”partial view”. Overall, not very satisfied. Most staff seemed to try their best to make guests feel welcome and I'm sure many of the issues are a result of ownership or management decisions. Sad because this place could be a lot better. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

For the price we paid for, the quality of room and amenities was worth it. I was choosing 2 other hotels with, one was just beside their hotel and I'm glad I chose them since not only were they cheaper, I am happy with the quality of room provided, it was spacious, clean, comparable to the other expensive hotels we've tried. Just like other reviews, husband noticed that they should provide a full length mirror. This is considering I did not mention this particular feedback to him. Also, another room for improvement, is the breakfast buffet choices. I guess with the room rate, you get what you pay for.. but it can be improved. I may consider staying at this hotel again.

The vibe in north wing is everything I needed. Additionally, foods are exceptional for the price. The pool was okay, although the kids wished to stay a bit longer but it’s too cold for them. 😂 Nevertheless, thank you so much for making our birthday extra happy.

The place is still the same and perfect for families.. The staff gave a little suprise for my son. A welcome birthday greetings with balloons. The breakfast was good and loved by my mother in law (better than a well known hotel in manila) simple but tasty. . Still the same as before with the bonfire marshmallow activity. The only downside for the recent stay was with the farm side area near the ducks and iguana. The place was not quite clean for this visit ( not totally clean since knowing the ducks and chicken were raoaming freely.. or maybe atleast spray the pathway as my son was not able to take the smell) as compare to our last visit my son was able to feed the ducks and chicken around that area.. Two consecutive days of visit to that area is still the same smell.. Other than that all the staffs were nice and room facilities was clean and nice!

Siamo una famiglia di 5 e ci siamo trasferiti nella camera della famiglia Prestige. La camera dispone di 4 letti matrimoniali e la vista perfetta del vulcano lingua. Ci è davvero piacevole la vista lingua. Il personale è molto accogliente e sempre disponibile per aiutare. Abbiamo fatto il picco della stagione, quindi ci ha voluto un po' di tempo per controllare la nostra ingresso (230pm invece di 2pm). La cena nel ristorante Bellissima è buona, abbiamo avuto cena e colazione qui. La piscina è buona con la vista della lingua.Abbiamo provato il bagno e era tutto a posto. Forse offrire un tè di ginger dopo il massaggio può essere un buon supplemento.
