the experience was not really good, the food was so so, not good not bad , the costumer was bad i called 3 times the first night to asked them to put the heat up for me i was really cold they said they will sent someone to fixed it they never showed up bref !! until i went myself downstairs to go get a blanket i was so mad . The only thing that i really enjoyed it’s the kindness from the dining room attendant.

WiFi is garbage, you can’t connect anywhere so let your family know you will be lost soon as you get to the resort

Hôtel très bien situé sur la plage accès direct. 3 belles piscines . Personnel très accueillant. Chambre grande et spacieuse. J’y retournerai !!!

很一般，但屬於除了吵死的baha mar和Atlantic之外拿騷最好的地方了，私人海灘和隔壁baha mar連着的，就是裏面海草，玻璃瓶和海膽很多，建議穿拖鞋游泳。下午活動挺不錯，挺有氛圍，黑哥唱歌跳舞和觀眾互動，晚上老古董樂隊給老古董演奏，這家餐廳晚上12-凌晨2還有夜宵時間，這很好，就是伙食還是美國作風。***需要額外繳一個人100刀的費用，未來可能漲價到150，訣竅就是走隔壁baha mar的海灘進酒店（很浪費時間）。酒水食品白天泳池附近都有，免費拿，就是人多要等一會兒。水裡有排球網，沙灘有排球網，還有網球場，問題是4張桌球桌都不平的，2張乒乓桌蝴蝶最便宜的，牌子是沒橡膠的5毛塑料拍（建議自帶）。房間比warwick和margaritavill小，但是浴室有個石凳，而且龍頭簡單易懂。麪基比那兩個都大，所以要個20分鐘搞明白路，設計的早60年代的，90年代再轉手的。晚上可以去隔壁周大福的bahamar**玩玩，雖然對我們大陸人來説沒啥花頭，不如打麻將，打乒乓。最近還在改飯點，以前5點的，現在6.30了。。總的來説，海灘可以探險，就是室內不如warwick，而且大堂2樓一整層活動區域沒空調，衹有電風扇，很復古，我不耐熱，打個桌球出了一身汗。反正巴哈馬就是不太行，美國人的後花園主要是因為巴哈馬離美國近。

First time at an all inclusive resort. Beautiful oceanfront location, property is a little dated but lovely. Very friendly staff. Room was comfortable, but needed a dehumidifier, clothes, paper in my book, etc..felt damp. Only 2 lamps in room and one didn't work. Not enough outlets, and one was damaged. WiFi was a bit spotty. Food overall was good except for breakfast. Pancakes & potatoes were cold, bacon was a big clump, half cooked, half under cooked, cold. Every cup of coffee I had had grounds in it. Al a carte dining was much better than the buffets. Still, though, plenty of options, salad bar, fruit, desserts. Pool area was great, grille and bar there were terrific. Overall had a very enjoyable stay.

There was 1 flight close to my room at night (drunk people) and very loud people in the next room. This on top of loud music every night until midnight. The room had flies and ants, and the bathroom had hair before I checked in. Staff are friendly and food is Ok but a bit below average.
