Prima visita con la gestione Four Seasons e nel dopo covid. La struttura mantiene standard elevati. Giardini curatissimi, ambienti comuni arredati con gusto ed eleganza. Colpisce la sensazione di pace.. sempre poca gente in giro. Controlli scrupolosi per l’accesso alla proprietà. Camere ampie, curate, con ottima manutenzione e arredate con gusto. La spiaggia fronte hotel è pubblica, molto larga, ma rimane poco frequentata come se fosse privata.

Il resort è molto bello un po’ vecchiotto nello stile ma molto curato. Il personale è efficiente, premuroso e sempre disponibili. Il nostro maggiordomo Prince molto efficiente e disponibile. I ragazzi all’entrata in recepìtion ti aiutano in tutto , Reco in particolare ci ha aiutato con il trasferimento in aeroporto perché il nostro trasferimento programmato non si è presentato. Tutte le persone che ci lavorano sono gentilissimi. Si mangia molto bene, tutto molto elegante. Se volete una vacanza solo ed esclusivamente relax e il posto ideale .. L’unica pecca è la noia perché non organizzano nessun momento di svago.. Con qualche serata organizzata sarebbe un posto fantastico. . Grazie mille a tutti. Marchese. Camera 2006

The ambience and food can’t be beat! Our table for 7 was directly in front of the ocean. And the sunset was just spectacular. Eating in the outdoors makes everything just better experience. Service was excellent as usual and the food was delicious. The waiter brought over avocado slices without even asked for our granddaughter!

Without a doubt a truly remarkable place to stay! The customer service is amazing! Greeted by Gucci who made us feel welcome from the start! Bridgette helped us get a yacht for the day and it exceeded our expectations. She is incredible! We were so grateful for the amazing service we received from Marcus and Travis. They met every need and always with a “Can Do” attitude! Vincent at the Dunes restaurant was fantastic! Quite frankly everyone at the hotel knows what taking care of the client means! We are coming back again soon!

Enjoyable trip. Service was good, cocktail bar great. However room slightly disappointing for any price. Sea view room but it was a long way to get to the beach....slightly misleading. Almost certainly best Hotel on the island New Providence/Paradise Island as rest of island was quite different. Golf course attached to the resort was great. Iconic Hotel vis a vis ****** Royale (James Bond) but limited by the location. A place for certain celebs apparently.

Really disappointing experience and comfortably the worst Four Seasons experience I’ve had. The property location and grounds are lovely (the reason it gets two stars rather than one). However, the property needs some major spend to bring it to the level it should be at for the price tag and in line with other top five star hotels. The rooms / facilities are dated and need major renovation. The food and service were also comfortably sub-standard. I also personally disliked the constant effort to drain guests of cash / upsell you, which was more noticeable than any other resort I’ve stayed at; possibly this just grated more given the quality of the offering. I could go on but I would avoid and stay elsewhere or on other islands in the Bahamas.

If you want everything right, this is your place. An impeccable facility with every corner maintained as good as possible. Gardens, buildings, beach, everything. Already the drive up to the Hotel is marvellous. The service more than stacks up to this standard. Everybody is very friendly, service is fast and attentive. Restaurants are very good. Very nice local food. I admit having had Conch salad twice a day whilst there. Although counter intuitive, I felt that the pool restaurant had a vaster choice than the gourmet main restaurant. We had a Hartford Wing Oceanfront room on the ground floor. Being able to walk out is definitely a pro. The room was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. Concierge team was very helpful also prior to arrival. The chat function in the app is great - but would not work without Agent Rochelle: So helpful, fast and friendly. A very big thank you, Rochelle - very well done. We unfortunately did not meet her in person. The beach is a fantastic as on the pictures. The ability to use the Atlantis facilities was great in the sense that we were incredibly happy to be able to leave that place after 45 minutes and return to the OC. Overall: One of the best places I have been. Equally nice experience but very different were FS in Hong Kong and Tswalu

We had a wonderful visit. The grounds and pools were lovely. I especially enjoyed the infinity pool and beach. The staff at all levels were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our meals at both restaurants were excellent. A couple dinners were spent working in our rooms with room service, and those meals were excellent as well. We found our room to be quite peaceful and very comfortable. Each person in our group raved about the rainfall showers - with the giant shower heads, at least 12 inches in diameter. Our final dinner was a Friday night at Dune, and the atmosphere was quite festive. Our waiter, Douglas, has been there for 24 years, and made our night fun and memorable. We look forward to our next visit!

Over 2 hours for dinner, 45-min wait for breakfast with absent service, room service & lifeguard negligence, and a checkout fiasco. A stark contrast to expected luxury, complete with unjust mandatory gratuity. Avoid at all costs.
