There was a lot of construction, every surrounding building is under major construction (feb 2024). You can also hear the neighbors easily. The place is nice upon first glance but then you notice the doors are busted, the couch is all stained, the shower door was broken. I also dropped something and looked under the bed for it...clearly that area is not cleaned often. It is a good value but not in great condition. The area was very easy to walk to and from.

The wall of the bathroom, underneath where the towels hang, needs to be cleaned. It was dirty when we showed up. Otherwise it was wonderful!!

We booked the property for our conference with the HBP Expo this year. We were an exhibitor with a truck and trailer. We were unable to find anywhere nearby to park. The hotel was not clearly marked. In the emd we tried to cancel, in which case we were not able to reach anyone at the hotel. If you need parking for anything bigger than a compact, this is a place to avoid.

The room could use some maintenance toilet paper holder falling off and the lock above door was loose. Others than that room was clean and roomy

The apar**ent suite was so cute. Loved the industrial look. Overall, it was clean. There was construction going on across the street, so it was noisy in the morning. (Not the owner’s fault.) The price was very reasonable for our 2 night stay. Parking was across the street for $50 a day which was not terrible for Nashville. Will be staying here again.

Bed are very hard. Closest parking lot is an additional $50. Per day. Apt is dirty with stains on rugs and linens.

Great location. Park at the library, it is $20 a day. The city lots are very expensive.

Overall thumbs up . Sofa and rug either need a cleaning or replaced . Exposed cielings, although rustic in nature , could be covered a little better .
Kitchen is outstanding !
Bed very comfy . Bathroom was good .
Like I said , thumbs up overall .
Construction was going on 360degrees around the building but that’s not Sonders fault.

Very close to broadwalk. Easy walk to downtown and parking was close by and relatively inexpensive. The place was clean and well maintained. The was a minor issue with the water pressure in the bathroom sink but easily overlooked.
