Easy check in and check out. Super nice staff, especially Huevie at the desk and Calvin in security! The room had a comfortable king sized bed, but the room was so small! The lighting in the bathroom was minimal. Only lights were around mirror, no light over shower, no fan in bathroom either. Everything was fogged up after taking a shower. The heater in the room worked well, not too noisy, but it did wake me up a few times during the night. I liked that you could open the sliding glass door and stand out on the balcony. It was nice to get some fresh air into the room. Carpet definitely needed cleaning! Elevators were fast! Location of hotel was pretty good! Close enough to places to eat, but away from the main drag, which was fine with me and my husband. There was a shuttle that dropped us off close enough to the stadium that we could walk. Parking was convenient, but way too expensive for this class of hotel. $30 a night is excessive. Charged a fair cleaning fee for my dogs, but less than what was stated on the website. There was no way I was going to pay an extra $100 a night for my two small dogs that were with us most of the time. We’d probably stay at this Holiday Inn if we go to Nashville again.
