Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown

Great if you want to be woken at 7am. I was not told that they would be a construction site opposite my room.. The noise in the morning was terrible. I did complain to the staff. But they said it was nothing to do with them. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.

When we initially booked our stay, breakfast was too be included. However, that was not the case. They advertise that dry cleaning/laundry service is available but it is not. Some of the staff is exceptional while there a others who are unpleasant to interact with and seem to dislike their job. The pool area is nice but due to construction from other buildings around the hotel, there are white foam particles all in the pool and around the area. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience considering the amount of money we paid to stay here.

The property is very nice. Everything felt very new, clean and well maintained and the property is centrally located. Onsite food/drink options were also good. Staff were ok but could’ve been a little friendlier.

Honest review here. We just got home today and I was thinking about my review all the way home. First, we were unaware of how new this hotel is which when we found out we were excited. Once we arrived I had noticed on my app that they had changed our room a day prior from a double king room to a king suite. My wife and I were pleased with that “upgrade” but as we got to the hotel to check in they had switched our room again. Just a king room no suite. This took 10 minutes to get sorted out by the hostess at the front desk. We get to our room and they are nice because they are new, but they had a weird smell to them almost fish like you could say. We went down to the bar to get an app and a drink before we headed out and the food was average nothing special. I think the dill sauce they had made was literally ranch with dill sprinkled on it. Meh. On Tuesday morning we woke up to a letter on our door stating that on Wednesday the pool and lounge area would be closed for a private grand opening event. Bar was closed to hotel stayers until 7:30 pm only people that were invited could go to the bar or lounge area. The coffee shop and restaurant closed at 11 that day for this. I mean if I was told this prior to booking I would’ve booked elsewhere. For $1,400 for 3 nights I would’ve expected a little more out of this “fabulous” hotel. We went for a night cap after everyone from their private party had left and they nothing to make a mojito just standard item. I’ll book elsewhere next

A new property. Great location at the end of Broadway. The pool had not yet been finished, so would love to see the outdoor space with the pool. The valet and security personnel on the first floor very friendly. The bar staff were also friendly. Would love to try the golf simulation area next time.

Very clean hotel! Room was perfect! Love the Bluetooth mirror in bathroom and the welcome sign on tv . Staff very pleasant

I was charged several authorization fees that were more than the room itself, it took all the money out of my accounts and on the last day there was no money left but they said they refunded it but it takes seven days to come back to my account. I paid roughly 4,000$ for a $2,000 room. If you stay here make sure you budget 3x for their authorization charges. Also they don’t have microwaves on premises. Front desk was very nice and helpful. It’s their system, not them. Just beware.

Had an amazing stay. The hotel is accommodating, clean, comfortable, and rooms are fairly big for downtown Nashville. Had 4 women in 1 room and was spacious and comfortable enough for our 2 night stay. Will be back for certain!

Extremely friendly staff and cool vibe in hotel rooms and Lobby. Well equipped fitness center too. Walkable to Broadway and the Gulch but far away enough to be quiet at night. Valet parking was fast too.
