The stay was good, but ac was not working, although it was a shot stay and after conveying about ac not working there was no action taken, also tv was also not working, nature was manager was polite and trying to resolve issues but needs great deal of improvement

Don't book this hotel with food option, it is absolutely worst of all. Worst room amenities, service, all worst from mmt

I have visited many times before. But i have never met such worst service. When i entered the room, there was a foul smell. Ac and tv were switched off. There was nothing like hand wash, towel. There was a problem with the desk to change the room. There was no concern about cleanliness at all. Oil was lying on the table in the room.

Room was not clean. Wifi services not provided. No positive response to this complaint about wifi. Water availability stopped in between without prior intimation. Tv / channel availability very limited. Staff do not hv professional approach and responses are very casual

Dirty bedsheets and blankets. Else other facilities like hot water, air conditioning was okay. As we were three people, we got an extra mattress.

Unwashed bedsheets were given. Table in my room was broken. Tables dower was loose and as my toddler pulled it, it came down and it could have fall on his foot. And got injured. Hotel management was asking for extra charge for l10 min late check out. Night staff already had told us that it would be ok up to 1 hr late check out as most of the hotel rooms were unoccupied. My room's lock was not working, so i had to shift my luggage to my parents room. Tv was not working.

Location is nearby to cubs and panchavati, room service (food) is also available, hot watt and lift service is helpful, we recommend this hotel.

If we talk about the hotel, the more the booking is done within the budget, the better. And the staff there is very accommodating and nice. If i will suggest that area to anyone, i will suggest our hotel because the hotel and main staff of that place have good service and the behavior of the staff is good. Thank you
